Great Experience - We booked last minute roundtrip transportation from the airport in Montego Bay to Bahia Principe in Runaway Bay. Our party of five was picked up promptly and taken to our resort. Our driver going to Runaway Bay was Malcolm, and he was very kind and patient. Our driver coming back to the airport was Dane...I think that's what he said. At any rate, he was entertaining and gave us a mini tour en route to the airport. We got to the airport in plenty of time to check in, go through security and stop and get snacks. I will always recommend them to anyone going to Jamaica!

Thanks for the Ride - Had 9 for a private ride. On time, great service, we refused the half way bathroom stop and shopping. We missed breakfast and lunch on plane and were quite dehydrated. Water would have been nice. Great vehicle. Thank you

Wedding transfers - Kemar was amazing and very responsive. The drivers were great and my parents and grandparents were well taken care of.

Great Experience!! October 5-9 2019!! - Not sure why negative reviews on here about Jamtours but we had a great experience with our transfer from the airport to our resort and back to the airport after our stay, no issues what so ever! I booked this back in June 2019 for our October 5th 2019 arrival for transportation only. So as it got closer and I was confirming all our arrangements I did contact Jamtours only to them to say to go straight outside of the airport upon arrival and someone will have a sign with our name on it. So when we got outside of the airport there were people holding signs everywhere, lol. We just asked where "Jamtours" was at, and found it, but no one was holding a sign with our name on it. Thank Goodness I had brought my receipt and all my paperwork showing where I had booked our transfer as they asked for it, since they didn't have us down? Anyways, Adrian was Awesome and helped us! Transportation arrived within about 15 minutes and we were on our way to our resort! We stayed at Jewel Runaway Bay, about an hour and a half out from the airport area. We had a private transportation, and we enjoyed our ride to the resort! Our driver was very friendly and told us a lot about Jamaica along the way! Adrian assured me that someone would be back to pick us up on our departure date, October 9th, 2019, we had set, and he didn't disappoint!! A Jamtours guy was there right on time to pick us up to take us back to the airport on our departure! We again did a private transport. He was also a very friendly driver who didn't disappoint!! On our way back to the airport Adrian called our driver and asked to speak to my husband and made sure we had been picked up and to make sure our service was good. Impressed is what I say! I can't say anything bad about Jamtours with the service that they gave us! The communication might be a little off, and misleading and make you worry (as I did) but honestly they came through and we would book with them again!! Big Thanks to Adrian and the 2 guys who were our drivers!! Can't wait to come back to the area! :)

Friendly Service - No complaints. Our driver, Dwayne was very friendly and informative. Didn't have to wait long to be picked up from airport and he was waiting for us at the resort for our trip back to airport.

Not bad, but not great - I figured a private transfer would save airport aggravation. We ran around a lot trying to find these guys, then waited more for them to find a driver. Which was the point of a private transfer in the first place. Making a couple stops enroute to our hotel is no biggie. It's the waiting and hassle at the airport I wanted to avoid. Next time I just book the JTL bus. Big comfortable bus with a/c and a smooth, safe ride. We took that for the trip back to the airport from the hotel and it was superb. Save your money here and get the Club Mobay for both arrival and departure to save your nerves and time at the MBJ airport.

Totally unorganized and undependable - Upon arrival at the airport, no one from Jam Tours was there to greet us in the specified area, as it was indicated in the email. We went into the terminal where all the ground transportation desks are located, finally found someone to direct us where Jam Tours was located outside the terminal. After waiting for 45 minutes, a driver arrived. He let us know that the staff member that was supposed to greet us went home and didn't tell anyone. So he was unaware that we had arrived or that we had been waiting. He did a good job of getting us to our resort. The return trip from our resort to the airport is a complete joke. We were in the lobby of our resort well ahead of our scheduled pickup time and waited until 30 minutes after our pickup time before we asked at the desk for information. They attempted to contact Jam tours at the numbers provided to no avail. We finally asked about alternate options and they had a taxi pick us up costing an addition $100.00 above what we had already paid Jam tours. We have been waiting on a refund since. Included are the replies we have received about our refund. Feb. 4, 2020: Refund we down in few days we sorry for the inconvenience. April 20, 2020: Sorry delay. Well try complete refund by end of this month thank for your understanding We will see what happens but not holding our breath. Do not book this company for your ground transportation in Jamaica.
