excellent experience - Sarfras was my guide. He was very friendly and knowledgable guide. Explained the sites well. He was flexible to amend the tour depending on my time constraints. However, he covered the main sites of interest. Had a good conversation thoughtout the 5 hours tour. Would recommend mumbai365tours to anybody looking to ejoy the sites of Mumbai with a friendly, English speaking guides. Special shout out to Sarfraz and his dadwho was driving us around!

We were picked up by our... - We were picked up by our driver & guide, from the hotel, as arranged. We covered a lot of Mumbai places, all of which were very interesting. The traffic was super busy, but our driver was calm & collected throughout. At the last stop The gateway to India, which again was crowded, we parked near a shop which our guide advised was ok, but had to visit after the gateway, with no obligation to buy!!! Of course we got the pressure sell from one of the staff (carpets etc), my wife bought 2 keyrings for our grandchildren at a cost of 3000rupees. Which was a complete ripoff and tainted a good trip.

City tour in mumbai - We had a lovely few hours visiting different places in Mumbai .very interesting and enjoyable we were 4 ladies visiting from a cruise ship .highly recommend the hour

Thoroughly recommend for Mumbai. - Sarfaraz was the guide for our tour, and was super knowledgeable and great fun. We visited a lot of Mumbai attractions, and was very pleased. In particular the Gandhi museum, I didn't know much about him, but was pleased to enlighten myself a little. Our driver was very calm amongst busy crazy traffic. Would recommend, if you visit Mumbai.

Great Mumbai experience - Sarfaraz and his driver picked us up from our hotel, the car was very comfortable and air conditioned. We have no experience of Mumbai so asked him to give us some varied experiences, he did not disappoint. We started off at the iconic laundry, very interesting followed by a visit to a market we also went up to a park with some outstanding views, the Gandhi museum and of course the Gateway to India. We were very expertly driven through the crazy traffic by our very efficient and calm driver. Sarfaraz was very knowledgeable spoke very good English and was a joy to spend time with, the tour was about 3 hours long and worth every penny. Would definitely recommend and very good value for money.

Comfortable and comprehensive touring experience - I stayed in the northern side of Mumbai.
I wanted to take the Private City Tour,, which meant going to south Mumbai.
There was no trouble in being picked up in a private vehicle for the trip to the south.
The tour was excellently facilitated by Ali,
Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of time for photos. Descriptions and explanations were great.
I was really put at ease, and felt safe,
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Good value.

Mumbai city review - My husband and I had the pleasure of taking this private tour with Ali as our guide. The communication leading up to the day was clear & timely. I appreciated the flexibility with a last minute time change.
Ali was informative, providing an overview of the trip and what to expect followed by details as we went to each site. We had ample time at each site & better yet he was able to take pictures of us at each site.
We had a GREAT time & were able to gain insight into Mumbai city at a glance.

Wonderful tour - This ended up being a wonderful tour with a very informative and helpful tour guide, Abid. We were supposed to leave for the half day trip in the morning but unfortunately the driver had an accident. Abid got in contact with me and we rearranged the tour for the afternoon. There were a couple of things I wanted to see that were not specifically on the tour itinerary but Abid was happy to accommodate. All in all a very enjoyable time.
