Beautiful water, rough ride - It took us about 10 minutes to ferry across, it can get very rough so if you get motion sickness I would strongly suggest taking something, it was a lifesaver for me, could not have made that ten minutes without motion sickness tablets in me.

People mistreat staff - I travel almost every day and although many times the service is slow and relatively good place is not reached. The attitude of the staff is good but people mistreat them.

Compliant, but we found the price disproportionate - Our experience with Ultramar was correct in the operational, but very negative in price-benefit ratio. The service itself worked, but the value we ended up paying seemed excessive. In our case, it was $38 per person to cross to Isla Mujeres, a price that is already very high for a short trip. To that was added a situation that generated quite annoyance: we had bought the ticket to leave from one point, but because of the “low tide” we were referred to another port, which also involved adding the cost and inconvenience of the transfer between beaches. We understand that there may be operational changes due to climate or maritime issues, but even when you are informed, the feeling is surprise and disgust, because the passenger ends up absorbing a high cost for a service that should handle this more predictably or, at least, with a more reasonable commercial policy. The slackest point was not the transfer itself, but the general feeling of being paid too much for something that, by distance and type of service, should not cost what it costs. That is certainly the main warning we would leave to other travellers. Bottom line: it complies, but we found the price disproportionate. It's good to know before you hire him.

Terrible experience - I am standing with no seats and I have three disabled children. I was overcharged for premium class for 1270 pesos but there is no seat for the six of us. This is terrible service. The staff was rude and made us stand at the cycles dock. Most disgusted by the experience. I do not recommend anybody to buy ticket from these clowns. I am from. CANADA and this service and rude staff is unacceptable. Shame on them.

Lost time Uber lost - We were half an hour late, we were leaving at 12 and we ended up leaving 12:29. You must respect people's times. Thank you.
