If you prefer not to have chicken as the main dish, we are delighted to offer grilled salmon marinated in shio-koji, a salted rice malt, as an alternative. Please let us know your preference when booking.
If no preference is specified, the main dish will be the grilled chicken marinated in red miso, as shown in the main photo.
