Participants will join a Japanese Grandma to begin by learning the essentials of Japanese dashi (soup stock), followed by preparing three of Nagoya’s renowned dishes—tebasaki chicken wings, tenmusu rice balls, and kishimen noodles—along with Japanese home favorites like spinach with sesame and tamagoyaki (rolled omelet).
After savoring the meal prepared, participants will engage in a tea ceremony (table and chair style) matcha experience, where they will whisk their own bowl of matcha and enjoy it with seasonal Japanese sweets.
