Amazing Day With an Amazing Guide - We enjoyed our time with Hiromi touring the historical and local sights of Okinawa. The setting for the palace was beautiful, and it was very interesting to visit the local market to see and sample local treats. The visit to the WWII Japanese tunnels was very interesting and a somber reminder of the horrors of war. Hiromi finished our tour by singing a local song for us. That was delightful, and she has a great singing voice! We will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a guide in Okinawa!

Great Day at Okinawa World - We had an excellent tour with Hiromi. She customized the itinerary to our liking, visiting Okinawa World and the Former Japanese Navy Underground Headquarters, providing informative details along the way and translating as needed. We even got an unscheduled stop at a local Japanese restaurant suggested by the taxi driver for a truly authentic meal. It was a truly memorable day.

Friendly, adaptable, knowledgeable, and kind - Hyde-san was an excellent guide and provided helpful assistance and support when translating for our English-speaking family at locations specific to our genealogical needs. His understanding of the traffic patterns around town helped maximize our tour time. We appreciate his open-mindedness and life-long learning approach to his work! His friendliness and sense of humor also added brightness to a rainy and cloudy day.

Great intro to Naha - Hiromi was a great guide to work with. Very informative and professional. She got in touch with us to understand our requirements for the tour way ahead of our travel date, and it made for a wonderful day exploring Naha and it's surroundings with her. We even had the pleasure of witnessing a Shuri festival street parade which was great happenstance.

Very good - We had a lovely, fine day in Naha. Hide allowed us to change the itinerary to see places that interested us. He was very informative especially about the history of Naha, Okinawa. A few stops at craft workplaces were interesting but would rather see more sights. Be prepared for extra costs for taxis.

Great day out. Comprehensive tour of Naha. - Hyde was a great guide. His English was very good. We turned it into a taxi tour so we could see more. The Peace Museum was excellent and the cave was very interesting and beautiful eventhough there were a lot of steps.

Historical tour - Hyde has an absolute passion for history and is well versed in this area. He had planned for us to visit the Okinawa Peace Museum, the Himeyuri Peace Museum, the memorial is Lt General Simon Buckner Jr, lunch at the fish markets, the former Japanese Naval Underground Headquarters and then to the shopping district. It was a little different to what we expected as there was not much walking and mainly taxi rides which had not been communicated in advance. Great tour if you’re into history. We would have liked to see more of the local culture and flare of this city.
