Highly Recommend - Great service - reached out to me on WhatsApp in advance of the pickup with driver/contact information and promptly answered my questions. Pickup car was large enough to accommodate 4 adults and lots of luggage. This was our first trip to Tokyo so we paid for pickup inside the terminal -- no problem meeting up with the driver. Would definitely recommend this servcie.

Highly recommend - Excellent service and highly recommend. Had constant contact with Marry who kept us up to date even before we left home and continued right up until our pick up.. Our driver met us at the airport once we had cleared customs. No running around the airport looking for meeting points, he came to us once we sent a photo of where we were standing. Helped make the beginning of our holiday completely stress free after a long flight. Will definitely use this company in the future

Trip to Tokyo made easy - The driver was right on time and was able to communicate very easily when we were not able to find him initially via WhatsApp.

Stress free arrival - The instructions to meet my driver were very clear and easy to follow, picked up very quickly. The car was extremely comfortable and the ride to my hotel was trouble free. No stress at all arriving in a new city for the first time travelling solo. I recommend this service very highly.

Unsafe and Unfriendly Driver - The pre-trip arrangements and communications with the company were easy and straightforward. The driver was waiting for us upon our arrival at Narita Airport and the vehicle was clean and the appropriate size for our group of four and all of our luggage. However, the driver was unfriendly and uncommunicative, even when asked direct questions. He put us in a dangerous situation almost immediately when he pushed a fully loaded luggage cart onto a narrow escalator, expecting us to follow with two more luggage carts. This almost ended in disaster at the top of the escalator when one of the carts got stuck. The trip from Narita to our hotel took about 90 minutes, in heavy traffic. The driver was aggressive to the point of being completely unsafe, darting in and out of traffic with almost no clearance between other vehicles, repeatedly scrolling through screens on his phone and even running several red lights. I would never recommend this driver to anyone and I’ve provided a more detailed report to the company.

Good: clean and nice... - Good: clean and nice car, safe and friendly driver Bad: driver 20 minutes late which seems like forever after a 12 hour flight, not timely in returning text messages, said they were tracking flight but I doubt that given our experience. Just could have been better.

Narita Impossible - Narita immigration line is making the pickup impossible. It is almost one hour and we are nowhere near close to being processed
