Martin was amazing. His enthusiasm and interaction with the guests while he told the stories was incredible. When we come back to visit, we will definitely be using your guided tours again. Thank you for an experience!

The tour seemed to be more historical in nature than focused on ghosts. The guide went into detail about the history of each stop, and while somewhat interesting, the relation to ghosts was thin at best. This was supposed to be a family-friendly tour, but our kids (16 and 11) were both bored.

Our guide seemed great but 30-plus people is way too many people to put on the tour, especially given that there were multiple families with children who did not have the attention span for the stories and walking. We could often not hear the guide over the sound of 3 or 4 separate kids talking or crying and their parents trying to shush them. If there had only been 10 people with one restless kid it would have been understandable, but 30 or more people meant we were just a huge crowd annoying the locals with our sidewalk etiquette and not getting much out of the stories.

Mark clearly had a lot of information and cared about the subject matter but he seemed like he was either having an off night or was not very experienced. It didn’t seem like an evening with a practiced and smooth storyteller.

Tour guide was horrible, beyond boring and made the experience unbearable. We left half way through. The worst part is all the tours around us had such different guides. You could hear the theatrics and enthusiasm in their speeches. Biggest waste of money.

Our tour guide was so drunk she wasn’t making sense. She kept repeating herself and saying things that were not part of the story at all. We stayed for about 20 minutes and never got close to a ghost story. We were extremely disappointed. I requested a refund and the people in the office, who were extremely understanding and kind, took my info to try to get it resolved.

We signed up for a specific tour of bad bitches. It was supposed to be all about female killers. When we got there, they just threw us in the ghost city tour, which was just random stories and our tour guide really just seemed to be repeating things other people on his tours have told him halfway through we left and went and did our own thing.
