Overall very underwhelmed by this experience and it was not what we expected. $40 per person is steep and we specifically wanted the adults only so the guide wouldn’t have to sensor his content. The guide spent a lot of time talking about history as his main focus and sharing history dates & names instead of the actual thriller content. I could tell the guide was passionate about history but he shared way too much to follow along. We were expecting the tour to focus more on the thriller details instead of who the 3rd governor was of LA, but by the time he would get to the haunting details he would almost glaze over it and then quickly move on to the next location. An hour and a half was very long for what we got out of the experience.

Jared showed up late and seemed rushed. He walked way took fast given the demographics of the group that included senior citizens and obese people. Walking that quickly, given the condition of NOLA sidewalks, is an accident waiting to happen. There were only 3 stops on the tour. Continued to talk even while cars with blaring music passed by so people could not hear what he was saying. We would not have booked this tour knowing the above.

Tour guide could have made tour more interesting by telling a story involving the facts. We were expecting an exciting campfire scary story about the killers and the thrills. Instead tour felt like a boring history class.

We were very dissatisfied with our experience. First the guide was very difficult to understand and we only heard half of what she was saying. The surrounding areas we visited were so loud with music and other guides who easily drowned out our guide. The details of the parts of the stories were not engaging at all. Half of our group left after the first story. We decided to leave after about 45 min into the tour. We have done many talking tours in several cities and this was easily the most disappointed tour we have ever experienced. Unfortunately we would not recommend this tour or tour guide to anyone. We regret spending money on this tour. We love a refund based on the fact we literally couldn’t hear much.

This was unoriginal and falsely advertised. Having been my second ghost tour in NOLA and others in America, this was such a disappointment. The guide was so awful at storytelling, the stories weren’t even accurate as we had a local with us on tour. The guide kept losing track of his stories, making no sense, boring as hell and seemed like he was not sober and struggled to keep travk of his thoughts. His storytelling was so long winded we were bored and easily distracted. We ended up leaving the tour as this was ruining our last night.
