Wonderful - Superb kayaking activity in New Orleans! The landscapes are simply inimitable, we take full eyes from beginning to end. Many thanks to our guide Stefanie, very friendly, efficient and passionate. She knew how to make the outing both safe and really pleasant. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover nature differently!

Excellent Trip! - We had such a fantastic time on the water with Stephanie! Highly recommended doing the extended tour to really get to explore the area and time to watch wildlife! Appreciated the stop off at the services for a bathroom break before and after the water! Pickup was on time and meant we didn’t need a car in New Orleans. Was a perfect way to spend my birthday! Fantastic! - If you are considering doing the 4-hr extended tour DO IT! Our group was small, two couples, and one solo traveler. Each of us had different levels of kayaking experience but thanks to Nick's amazing introduction we were all prepared for a GORGEOUS afternoon on the water! With the extended tour we were able to really find all sorts of beautiful animals and learn from Nick's wealth of nature knowledge! It was really special that Nick helped us to find a beautiful mother owl!

Stephanie made the day unforgettable! - Wow! Stephanie worked so hard to make my family have a perfect day. She checked in with us ahead of time about my children and their needs . She picked us up and chatted with us about the ecology of the area as she drove us to the swamp. She knew all of these wonderful paths through the swamp where we could truly feel like we were having a magical look into an environment that was really quite unfamiliar to us. One particularly memorable moment was when she guided us to focus on a particular tree as we all paddled toward it-- a barred owl swooped out from her hidden nest. Soon her mate joined her and they preened one another. It was really clear that this was a guide who knew the area well and wanted to help us to catch sight of all of the creatures and plants that we came to see but probably would have missed with a less careful guide. I would recommend our day with Stephanie and NOLA kayak to anyone. She made it an unforgettable experience.

extended kayak swamp tour - We had a wonderful time on this tour, and our guide Nick was so passionate about the swamp, the birds, and kayaking. As a result, we engaged with many birds, learned about the swamp ecosystem, saw alligators, and had a great time.

We had a blast - We just came back from this tour and it was so much fun, what a great day. The swamp and all the wildlife were amazing and Stephanie our guide was a sweetheart and super knowledgeable about it all We’d do this one again for sure

Nature paddle - Nick was a highly knowledgeable naturalist. He showed us wildlife and taught us about swamp life. We saw barred owls, baby gaitors and more. He accommodated the pace of the various participants, myself and a family.

Wonderful day in the bayou - Nick is an amazing guide! He led our large group of paddlers through the extended tour with so much knowledge it was incredible. Nick also gave us time to absorb the peace in the bayou- what a wonderful day

Terrific swamp kayak tour - This was the best kayaking experience I have ever had. Our guide was excellent at spotting birds and animals, so we saw a lot of different birds and also so alligators over our trip, which was more than four hours. We went at a leisurely pace so that we could focus on seeing the wildlife.

A beautiful and memorable experience! - I just finished the extended kayaking tour of Manchac Swamp and it was absolutely amazing! Our guide Stephanie was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the swamp and its wildlife. I really appreciated how she tailored the tour to the group and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. Paddling through the serene waters, surrounded by cypress trees and Spanish moss, felt like stepping into another world. I loved seeing and hearing so many different birds. It was the perfect balance of adventure, relaxation, and learning. Highly recommended!
