Guide kept walking off and leaving the guests. We couldn't keep up. We lost her twice and when we finally caught up, she was half way through her story. She wasn't loud enough. It felt very orchestrated and cheap. I've heard so much positive rumors about these types of tours but it appears we chose the wrong one... disappointing
