Boozy Ghost Tour - My bestie and I were visiting New Orleans. We did a Spooks and Spirits Pub Crawl with Lisa. We had the best time! Lisa was knowledgeable and fun. She kept us interested and answered any questions we had. She did an amazing job, and I'd love to do another tour with her. I would definitely recommend!

Girls weekend French Quarter tour - We really enjoyed our French Quarter tour. A friend and I had a girls weekend. Our guy‘s name was Matthew, and he was fantastic. Friendly, funny, and very informative. Told lots of great stories. He even sent a text prior to the meet time with his photos so we would know how to look for him. He gave a suggestions for where to go eat. Highly recommend the tours by foot. I’ve taken this French Quarter tour at least four times, the garden district one a few times, and even the ghost tour once. Every guide I’ve ever had has been wonderful. Thanks, Mathew!

Spooky Stories, Great Drinks, and an Amazing Guide! - We had an absolute blast on the Spooks & Spirits Pub Crawl with Lisa! She was engaging, funny, and full of fascinating (and spooky!) tales about the French Quarter’s haunted past. Walking through the historic streets at night added to the atmosphere, and each stop along the way brought a new pub with its own unique vibe.
Lisa really went above and beyond—she not only shared great ghost stories but also made sure we knew what each bar was known for, which helped us pick the perfect drink at each stop. She let us know which places were cash only and pointed out nearby ATMs, which was super helpful. On top of that, she offered fantastic dinner recommendations that we ended up trying—and loving.
If you’re looking for a fun and memorable night in New Orleans with a perfect blend of history, haunts, and happy hour, this is the tour to take. Highly recommend!

Great tour - Meri was a very nice and cute tour guide. I had a great experience with her. We went in a small group so I could easily follow and catch all the information. This is not those kinds of spooky tours that tryna scare people but an informative one.

More history than scares, but fantastic! - This was awesome! Evian was our tour guide, and they were fantastic. Super informative about the history of New Orleans. While not the most spooky, this was such a fun way to learn about the grim history of the city!

Entertaining, Informative, and Personal - I went to New Orleans with a group of friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. I knew one thing that we were looking to do was a ghost tour, so I did some research on who to book with. Tours by Foot has a great business model and excellent reviews everywhere I looked, and they offer affordable private group tours so booking with them was a no-brainer. Let me tell you, I am glad I did!
Our tour guide was Evian, and they were well-informed on not only the paranormal history of the French Quarter but also the history of New Orleans as a whole. We learned so much about how things got to be the way they are in the city while learning about the spooky history as well. Oh, and there were plenty of true crime tidbits on our tour too!
I'm not sure if that is typically covered in the tour, but during our communication leading up to the night of the tour I expressed our group's interest in everything spooky, paranormal, and true crime, and Evian delivered.
From the time we met until the conclusion of the tour, we were in good hands. Evian was professional and made sure we avoided the congestion of the big group tours in the area. We were also given some great recommendations on things to see before we left town, and each one we followed up on was a hit!
Overall, our group agreed that the tour was the best part of the trip and I would highly recommend checking it out!

Dark Side of New Orleans with Lisa - Lisa was awesome! She gave us the Dark Side of New Orleans Ghost Tour on January 16, 2025. Lisa kept our attention with her storytelling ability and I loved the fact that everything was factual. I had one simple request and that was to not tell me non-truths. She assured us that anything she told us was documented and could be checked. I have been on other tours not only in New Orleans but other cities and sometimes we were told stories to just fill the time. Some people may like this, but I don’t. Bottom line Lisa was amazing and I highly recommend!

Disappointed Tour - Very disappointed. Did not go to 4 of the places listed on the itinerary that we really want to learn about. Tour guide walk ahead of us and never told us about anything along the, just talked about the few places we stopped at. Said it was a crowded night with other tours around. Ended tour 15 minutes early

Disappointed. Guide never showed up. Up to 30 days later to be Refunded - Tour guide never showed up. Waited awhile and sent several messages, no response. Asked if we needed to reschedule. Nothing. I then Submitted a refund request, which told me that It may take 7 days to approve or deny refund, and then 30 days to receive my money back. Wow, what a disappointing experience. So, we won't be able to take a tour while we are in New Orleans. Don't trust. Stay away.
