NOLA didn’t Disappoint - NOLA Hop-On Hop-Off Unlimited package was a Great purchase. The options were endless. We were able to visit multiple attractions without the hassle of coordinating it on our own. The tour guides were extremely helpful, knowledgeable & friendly! 2 walking tours are included the French Quarter and the The Garden District (architectural not flowers) both were very informative. The unlimited package allowed us to see a lot on our lazy schedule:)

So much fun! Thanks to Linda. - Linda was incredible! She made it so much fun. Our little family really enjoyed it. It was a perfect way to see most of the city without having to walk everywhere.

Great way to see NOLA - We purchased the three day package . It was a great way to get around to different areas of the city. The buses were clean. Every guide gives a different perspective and bits of information, so it does not get boring to repeat the route. One guide we really enjoyed was Logan. We would not hesitate to recommend the experience. I wish the route included a stop at the City Park, but I think it's farther out than the bus runs.

Hop On-Hop Off is worth the money! - We purchased the unlimited hop on/off pass that also included the garden district and French quarter tours. The hop on/off was very informative and an easy way to get to your favorite places you might want to visit, like the WWII museum or the French Street Market, etc. we rode the entire 18 stops the first time and planned the rest of our time strategizing on the best stops to get off. Again, we learned a lot from the tour guides. Only down-fall… the bus stops running at 5. If it could go to 6:00 it would be nicer. The garden district tour was very pretty and our guide, Collin, was quite a character and certainly knew his stuff. Good tour! The French Quarter tour, however, was unimpressive. Our tour guide was more interested in getting us up to watch the ferry at the river than actually touring the French Quarters. Very disappointing.

Mediocre - I really wanted to love this. I thought it was such a bargain for the price. You get transportation AND 2 walking tours! Sign me up…. However I did not like how long it took for the buses to come around. They said the last one goes at 5:30 pm, which isn’t true. The last full circle is at 4pm, meaning you ride it til 5:30 where it does the last stop. We were staying at the garden district and got the last one heading to canal street for dinner. We ended up having to uber back. We spent so much on uber because the times for this was horrible. As for the walking tours. We ended up only doing 1 (French quarter) because after that first one we had no interest on wasting more time doing the second in the garden district. The tour guide was kinda all over the place. Rushing us to see the Natchez boat take off which I didn’t really care for. She also ended the tour by awkwardly saying, “I also am allowed to accept tips…” while standing there staring at the group. It was stocking because we didn’t even know the tour was over. She just ended it that way. I would say skip the walking tours. The information wasn’t anything special. Wasted our time low key which is why we opt out of the 2nd tour. I would recommend this for transportation only but keep in mind if you plan on hitting the French Quarter after 5:00pm, you will still need to pay for uber or Lyft.

Not What I Expected - The hop-on hop-off bus wasn't what we expected. We thought we could use it as a ride for destinations, but it stopped running around 4:30 which was inconvenient. Out of the 3 days, we rode it once. Although, the narrator was very knowledgeable and friendly.
