Absolute must do tour - Fantastic tour! Our guide, Richard, was so engaging, a great storyteller. Good personal accounts and information which made the tour a really compelling and memorable experience. My 18 year old son obviously has no memories of 9/11 and he found the tour fascinating and it has inspired him to read more and study it further

World Trade Center tour is worth every penny. - I remember the terror I felt that September morning when it happened and had stayed away from the museum. I finally went this past summer and it changed my life and got rid of my PTSD over this. I lost a friend that day on the 2nd plane, but seeing her picture in the museum and how things were properly handled, this is a must visit memorial. Never forget the people who were lost and hopefully this place can educate people.

Tour really TOP! - On December 6th we joined the ground zero tour and Richard, our tour guide was outstanding. Great tour, I highly recommend it, then ended with the One World Observatory, it's really worth it. Our visit started at 9 so there were very few people.

Mixture of sensations - A place that generates a mixture of sensations, between wonder at the majesty of the constructions that were there, those that are there and those that will be.....and the pain of imagining what happened on that day of the attacks. There are two huge pools commemorating the twin towers, with the names of all the people who died that day. You light up every anniversary with two reflectors to the sky. Next door is the new one world trade center. You have the 9/11 museum recommended. You can reach Oculus Station by subway.

Poignant - This is something that will never be forgotten and is earmarked by this impressive monument. The pools give you a sense of the sheer size of these buildings. I know last time I was in them they were still standing a year or so before they got hit . The loss of life here is immense and the bravery of responders and ordinary people is reflected here but probably not understood by everyday souls like us .
