Our fleet features brand-new Ski-Doo luxury touring snowmobiles, designed for ultimate style and comfort. Each snowmobile is equipped with heated handgrips and an electric start.
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately or use our clothes for free
- Valid Drivers License required to drive
- Minimum passenger age is 5 years old
- Arrive 30 Minutes prior to tour start
- Drivers must be able to clearly understand safety instructions in English.

Solo Female Travelers!! - Absolutely incredible experience! Our snowmobile guide Victoria was awesome! This is my first time visiting Alaska, as well as my first time solo traveling. It's hard to find attractions that accommodate solo travelers around here, but Rods Alaskan Guide Service not only fit me in, they welcomed me and made the entire experience feel special and personal! I did the one hour tour on some fresh snowfall, and we even got to see a moose! 🤩 Absolutely would recommend this to everyone

Soooo much fun! - Oh my goodness, this was one of the most fun things to do!
After the initial (and very thorough) safety run through, we got going. I was a bit nervous to start with, as I hadn't done this before, but in no time at all, I was in the zone! Such a beautiful trail to ride. Our guide kept us as a good speed too, which was part of the thrill. Loved the heated helmets!! No fogged up visors for us!
I would totally do this again, and would book again with Rod's Alaskan Guide Service without a second thought. Thanks guys, had a ball!

Great experience - We booked the same day experience, and were absolutely amazed by the service, care, friendliness and professionalism of the crew. From having all needed equipment available and clean, to the safety of the snow mobile rides.

Such a good time!!! - Victoria was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!!! We had such a good time!!! She was so friendly!! She even timed the ride perfectly so we could get sunset pictures on Chena Lake!!! Couldn’t be happier!!!

Most fun experience ever!! - Had the absolute best time snowmobiling! Will was super helpful teaching us safety and how to operate the mobiles correctly. He pointed out a moose on our trip and took some great pics of us. Highly recommend!

2 hour snowmobile - We had an amazing experience on our 2 hour guided snowmobile tour! From start to finish, everything was well organized and easy. Our guide Josh was knowledgeable, professional, and made the trip unforgettable.
The scenery was absolutely stunning — truly the kind of views you can only get in Alaska — and the ride itself was a blast. It was the perfect mix of adventure and fun.
This was such a memorable experience for both my partner and me, and we would absolutely do it again. Highly recommend Rod’s Alaskan guide service to anyone looking for an unforgettable Alaskan adventure!

Amazing tour! - The tour was great! 1-hour tour was all interesting! Victoria was amazing, she gave us a fantastic experience! Victoria explained the scenery along the way to us and took some wonderful photos and videos for us!

A family adventure - What a winter wonderland. We took a two hour snow machine tour 2 adults and 2 kids (14 and 6). Victoria was our guide and did a great job combining a safe trip and speed/adventure for varying skill levels. Really beautiful day out together trying something new.
One thing that would have improved the experience would be an option for in-helmet speaker, especially for communication with our youngest rider. It was difficult to check in with him to make sure he was feeling safe and comfortable without stopping and holding up the rest of the group. No reflection on the guide or overall service, however.
