Procedure for picking up passengers at Orlando International Airport (MCO):

Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, passengers will receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher as soon as the plane lands. The pick-up area is located on level 1 in the ground transportation commercial area, where the assigned driver will be waiting. Passengers have a 45-minute grace period from the time the flight lands to avoid additional charges.

Procedure for picking up passengers at hotels or resorts:

Passengers will receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher upon arrival at the pickup location. A 15-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled time to avoid additional charges.

A one-way transfer service is available for up to 14 passengers. The rate covers transfers from all Theme Park Resort hotels and local hotels within a 4-mile radius of Orlando International Airport (MCO).

This is an exclusive service and will not be shared with other parties.

The vehicles used include SUVs and vans. Images provided are for illustrative purposes only, and the actual vehicle may differ in make, model, color, etc.

All taxes, fees, and tolls are included. The service is backed by commercial insurance and over 20 years of experience.
