Ait Ben Haddou - Our next stop is the town of Ait Benhaddou, where we will pause for lunch before exploring the remarkable Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. Discover the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah.
Ouarzazate - We proceed to Ouarzazate, where you can visit the Glaoui dynasty’s Kasbah of Taourirt. Explore Atlas Studios in Ouarzazate, then continue to Skoura to visit the Palm Grove en route.
Dades Gorges - Journey onwards to Boumalne du Dades, passing through El Kelaa M’gouna (Valley of the Roses) and the Dades Valley (Valley of One Thousand Kasbahs). Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the Dades Gorges Hotel.

Dades Gorges - Discover the beauty of Dades Gorges, a series of dramatic wadi gorges carved by Morocco’s Dadès River. The river originates in the High Atlas range and flows 350 kilometers southwest before merging with the Draa River at the Sahara’s edge.
Todra Gorges - Today’s itinerary for the 3-Day Merzouga Desert Tour from Marrakech is exciting. After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Tinghir, followed by the Todra Gorges. Enjoy a panoramic view of the river and continue along the riverside route to the gorges, where you will have a lunch break. Stroll through this stunning area, taking in the sights of towering rock cliffs.
Merzouga - From here, we head to Merzouga, passing through Tinjdad, Erfoud, and other towns. Stop at Erfoud to visit one of the marble fossil carriers before proceeding to your hotel at the base of the orange dunes of Erg Chebbi. Experience a camel ride to the desert camp nestled in the heart of the dunes, where you will spend the night. Upon arrival at the camp, enjoy sand-boarding during your free time. Dinner will be served near your tent, where you will spend the night under a starry sky. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price of a comfortable private tent. Merzouga - Our desert adventure continues with an early morning sunrise viewing and brunch. Return to your hotel for a refreshing shower and to prepare for the journey ahead.
Rissani - We begin our journey towards Rissani, the nearest sizable settlement to the Erg Chebbi, Morocco’s largest sand desert. Rissani was a significant caravan center.
Midelt - We continue through the Ziz Valley and the Atlas Mountains to reach Midelt. Midelt is a Moroccan town situated in the high plains between the Middle and High Atlas mountain ranges. It serves as the commercial center of a vast agricultural region, with a population of 55,304 according to the 2014 Moroccan census.
Azrou - Explore the cedar forest in Azrou. Visit Ifrane National Park, home to endangered Barbary macaques in its Atlas cedar woods.
Ifrane - We proceed to Ifrane, a town in the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco. It is renowned for its alpine-style architecture and proximity to ski slopes and forests. A notable feature is a stone lion statue near the lush Parc la Prairie. Ain Vittel is a spring with several waterfalls located just outside of town.
Fes - We drive to Fes, a city in northern Morocco known as the country’s cultural capital. It is famous for its Fes El Bali walled medina, featuring medieval Marinid architecture, bustling souks, and an old-world atmosphere. The medina houses religious schools such as the 14th-century Bou Inania and Al Attarine, both adorned with exquisite cedar carvings and beautiful tile work.
