Easy process to follow.... - Easy process to follow. Ticket delivery process was efficient . Once inside the museum, we had the opportunity to view at our own pace.

Louvre visit with tickets via Viator - Except for the line to get in, which is an avoidable, unless the tour is purchased, everything was great.

It worked!! :-) - we got access to Louvre on a sold out day - This ticket was actually one of the best we bought in Paris. Initially I just ordered it because all tickets was sold out on the official Louvre homepage.
Later same evening we were walking close to Seinen and I remembered something special about the Louvre ticket that also included a boatride. What an amazing huge boat - and even the dock area was beautiful.
So yes the ticket works and it includes a pretty expensive boatride sailing to see all the beautiful buildings along the Seine.
Ps. The system sends the tickets to your email. You need one official ticket for the Louvre (not the receipt or voucher, so if it’s not included with the email then use the link to access the Viator site and download your ticket.

It was very easy to... - It was very easy to navigate to & from the museum. All the instructions were given and it was very easy to follow. We had no issues at all. Very reasonably priced.

Nice but could improve the order - The walk is nice but I had to call while at the entrance to be sent my tickets and month complicated everything while waiting for tickets.

Disappointing - Viator gave poor and incomplete instructions and no ticket or voucher. There was a link with nothing attached. I reached out multiple times and got no response. Very disappointing, I will not be using them again in the future.

Frustrating - We booked the tickets a day ago, but Viator suddenly canceled them while we were already on our way to the museum. As a result, we had to purchase a more expensive option that included a river cruise we had already done. This last-minute cancellation disrupted our plans and forced us to adjust our schedule at an additional cost. Very frustrating.

More customer service needed - They never sent mail with tickets we had to go to the agency and the lady who attends very bad care before we went out to owe her terrible ordeal very rude I do not recommend.

Be careful Viator is scamming customers - Because Viator did not come and pick us up.
They kept my money. The company is doing very poor business and is now scamming long time customers. I will never use this company again.
