An easy and brilliant day trip from Paris - We had a wonderful day with Teo, he had lots of tips for avoiding the crowds and optimizing our experience. Giverny and Monet's garden were spectacular and the highlight of the day. Lunch in Versailles at La Place Creperie was wonderful. Unfortunately it is hard to avoid crowds within Versailles but the shuffling through is worth it to see the many opulent rooms and once you get to the gardens the crowds dissipate and you can wander in peace. It’s such a large place I’m grateful we had Teo to make sure we saw all the magic.

Enchanting day - What an amazing day visiting Monet’s home and garden as well as Versailles. Our guide Clementine was knowledgeable, sweet and funny, she helped to make the day even more enjoyable. The Monet portion was the highlight for me, although Versailles was very large and impressive. We also stopped for a Crepe lunch (per Clementine's suggestion) , which was delicious.

Great Combo of History and Art! - What a fantastic day! Tim was a great guide on our trip. We got a great historical overview prior to entering each location. Monet’s gardens were everything I hoped for! I can see why his paintings are so beautiful-what great inspiration! Versailles was fascinating but so massive it was hard to take everything in. Loved seeing the Hall of Mirrors where the Treaty of Versailles was signed and I especially loved our visit to the Petite Trianon where Marie Antoinette made her home. Oh, and let’s not forget the spectacular gardens at Versailles. All in all, a lovely day!

Stunning views. Great overview of both places with a nice independent stop for lunch. - Wonderful day out of the city. Guide gave us just enough history and information without overwhelming us and let us wander on our own when needed.

Book this tour if you want Giverny and Versailles - Mariè was awesome! Great tour guide that used visual guides that she had prepared to explain the history of everything. You starts in Giverny and see the grave of Monet for a minute and walk through the village which is amazing. Then you go to the pond/garden and the house for about 1.5 hrs. More than enough time. She then drove us to Versailles and talk more in depth of what we had already seen and what she was taking us to. There isnt enough time on any tour to see all of Versailles. For sure a two day event. This trip does everything you need it too and gives you the time to explore more ir less depending on your speed and still gives you a guide experience to ask questions later. Loved this.

Fantastic tour - Our tour guide, Theo was fantastic! It was a group of eight people and he really helped us learn what we could about Monet and Versailles. He was very personable and assisted our mother who is very mobile but a little slower than the rest. He made a reservation at a restaurant that was not a touristy place but a sit down place in Versailles, which was very nice. Our only tip would be to possibly shave 30 minutes off of Versailles and add 30 minutes to Monet because we took our time in the gardens then felt like we were rushing through the house and didn’t have time to look in the shops. It would also be nice to add an option to walk around the town of Giverney. Overall a wonderful tour!
