- First, we head directly north, stopping around 09:45 at a Pepper Farm along the way. Here, you’ll learn about the farm, including how to plant and care for pepper trees, harvest and produce peppercorns, and make black and white peppers.
- Mui Ganh Dau Beach - After leaving the countryside, we proceed to Ganh Dau Cape, where you can view Cambodia and learn a bit about the border’s history.
- Phu Quoc National Park - + 10:45 We drive to the Rain Forest, a part of Phu Quoc National Park, located nearby. It takes just 7 minutes to drive from Ganh Dau Cape to the Rain Forest, where we will have the area to ourselves. Here, you can hike a bit on the forest trail, enjoy the cool, clear air, and learn how to drive a motorbike on a dirt road. If you’re able to drive, you’ll have the opportunity to do so.
- Starfish Beach - + 12:00 We head to Starfish Beach, where you can swim and see starfish. The best season for this is from December to May.
- Rạch Vẹm - + 13:30 We visit Rach Vem floating fisherman village to relax at a floating restaurant, enjoy the sea breeze, and have a local lunch.

Best JOY ride ever! - What a wonderful day. Huyn (Wee Wee) was a fantastic tour guide. He picked us up from our hotel, and then we picked up the others who were going to be on the tour with us. There was a total of seven of us, not all of us had ridden a scooter before, however with the team help all of us were pros at it within 5 minutes. The adventure began driving through the city, just go with the traffic flow. It was fun, the scenery and sites were absolutely gorgeous at times. It's interesting driving and navigating the traffic but we went slow I felt safe. Pepper farm was our first destination after water and gas up. Wee Wee took us on a tour of the farm. We got to see the pepper corns laid out for drying. I think there was six different fruit trees, and we learned that bananas only bloom once and then you have to get rid of the tree. Cashews everywhere and I learned that cashews have a fruit on them. You have to let it dry out but they're good to eat. From there we drove to the jungle, we were going to walk through the jungle, but then Wee Wee said that the snakes (King Cobra) likes to be on the ground when it rains so we didn't do the walk through the jungle. We did drive through it, he took us to a beautiful cafe on the ocean with our catch on the sides of the walk. The food was fantastic. After eating we then took the long scenic route around the island checking out the old airport runway. Seeing some cows making our way back through the city again. After Wee Wee dropped off our companions, He then took the time to drive us to a different location about an hour away. His kindness and his smile were intoxicating the whole time. I truly recommend and enjoyed every moment I spent with him.

What a great way to spend an afternoon on Phu Quoc. - Our guide, WeeWee, was very knowledgeable about Vietnamese, Cambodian, and especially Phu Quoc history. We were picked up at our hotel and taken with other people in our group to the tour office where we were showed how to use the scooters, given helmets and riding a half a block to build up confidence. Traffic on Phu Quoc is not as dense and fast moving as on the mainland and I felt quite safe riding around.
Our first stop was to get the included bottled water and gas for the scooters.
Then we rode to a peppercorn farm and were introduced to the changing stages of peppers from green to red to black. He pointed out different kinds of cashew, papaya, durian, mango, jackfruit, banana, and other trees that grew there. Then we got to taste spices that were produced there! Of course I bought some!
Next we took a ride to the "jungle road" which was not paved right through the nature park. I wish we could have stayed longer there. Our jungle hike was canceled due to the recent rain storms making everything wet, which brings the snakes down from the trees where they usually stay.
We rode past VinPearl amusement park. Lunch was at a fishing village on stilts where they served fish so fresh they were netted out of the water mere minutes before being cooked!
After lunch we took a scenic ride back to the office to return the scooters and get taken back to our hotels.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable day with delightful company.

Many Scootaah Fun - The scooter tour around the North of the island and forest was so much fun. 3 in our group had never ridden scooters but after a 5 minute tutorial their doubts were a bit less and all ended up riding with confidence behind our wonderful guide. The. Roads were not crowded, the jungle ^road^ was bumpy but exciting. If it was Bali it would have been a quad bike tour. Lovely views across the water to Cambodia. The seafood at lunch was amazing. Our guide provided a comprehensive narrative everywhere we went. It was such an enjoyable tour with an unexpected ride through the narrow street of a fishing village

A memorable ride! - Our first time riding a motorcycle on our own…wow, what a great feeling. 😎😎Huy was patient, always smiling and encouraging.. We got it, riding through traffic became a breeze.

This was a lot of fun!... - This was a lot of fun! The tour only consisted of my husband and I, but it made for a great "private" tour. Anh Vũ made sure we were taken care of and that our safety was priority. It was amazing to see the pepper farm, the cultural site near Grand World and drive through the jungle. We even did a bonus excursion to Starfish Beach! We had a blast, thanks so much to Anh Vũ for showing us a fun time!

Great way to explore the island! - What a fun day!!! Wee Wee was the best guide ever! Funny. laid-back and spoke great English. My husband and I chose to each ride our own Motorbikes provided by the company… They were so easy to ride and in excellent condition. We had a great group of five people, a young couple from England and a young single traveler from the US. The girl from England decided to ride on the back of wee wee’s bike, and the rest of us had our own bikes. What an adventure!
We started at a pepper farm, which I thought would be boring, but was actually interesting and was only about 15 minutes long… no pressure to buy whatsoever, which was very refreshing! Then we continued traveling, past, I believe Vin world, which is so bizarre, and then into the jungle for about a 45 minute ride… very cool and exhilarating all at the same time! We loved it! Then onto our most favorite part… We drove to the fisherman pier and had fresh fish for lunch and then we took a small boat to Starfish Beach which was beautiful! So many starfish in the water… Really unique! After a nice leisurely swim and stay at the beach, we headed back into Duong Dong on a different route.
It was just a great day! Really the most fun day we have had in Vietnam and we have had a lot of good days here :-)
Wee Wee was just great, bunny, kind, and patient and we could not have asked for a better day!!!!

Great day and tour in Phu Quoc - We had a really great day and tour in Phu Quoc. We saw a variety of landscapes, rode through the jungle, visited a pepper farm, had a great lunch on the sea.
Si was a great guide, lot of knowledge and kindness.

Our tour guide, Vu is... - Our tour guide, Vu is professional and very knowledgeable about Vietnamese culture. He is very fun to chat with. We visited the pepper farm and bought some excellent quality of local pepper. We visited the Grand World to know some culture and the bamboo building there was amazing. We rode through the jungle on dirt/sand road for 16 kilometers. It was challenging, bumpy, but memorable. We had seafood lunch at the floating restaurant. We finished the trip at the starfish beach, a beautiful and peaceful ending.

Day trip by motor bike Phu Quoc - Amazing way to spend a day seeing the island of Phu Quoc. We done a trip and short hike through the national park and visited star fish beach along with have our lunch in the over water restaurant. Our guide was hugely informative and helpful throughout.
