A Journey to the Stars

As a family travel writer, I am always on the lookout for experiences that can captivate both young and old. When I heard about the stargazing experience at Teide National Park in Tenerife, I knew it was something my children and I had to see for ourselves. The promise of a sky filled with stars, free from the light pollution that often obscures our view back home, was too enticing to resist.

Our adventure began with a scenic drive from Playa de las Américas, where we were staying, to the heart of Teide National Park. The anticipation built as we climbed higher, leaving the bustling beaches behind and entering a world of volcanic landscapes and towering peaks. Dining Under the Stars
