From the very beginning, the organisation and professionalism of the entire team stood out. Everything was well coordinated, clear, and stress-free, which made a big difference. I did a refresher dive with Leni, who was absolutely fantastic — very patient, attentive, calm, and encouraging. She took the time to make sure I felt confident and comfortable again in the water, and her respectful and friendly approach made the experience really enjoyable. The excursion to Cozumel was also a great experience. From the taxi transfers to the boat crew and dive master, everyone was outstanding — professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. You really feel well looked after from start to finish. A big thank you to the whole Pro Dive International team for making my dives such positive memories. I would happily dive with them again in the future.

Had an Awesome Time - Such a great and memorable experience. They thought of everything. And took us to some amazing spots. We say fish, star fish and some beautiful beaches!

Stay in Playa de Carmem - Don't stay staying in Cancun. Stay in Playa del Carmen. With the exception of Isla Mujeres, all other tours are closer than from Cancun. Besides, the environment in Playa del Carmen is much better.

Pro dive made my 1st two dives ever so amazing! - I want to thank Sole and Dan for making my 1st 2 dives I've ever done so amazing and memorable. I will never forget these 2 people. I and am so grateful they were my 1st teachers. I got to work briefly with Alexa, and she was just a bright shining light! I absolutely adored her. Thank you again Pro Dive Int. So fun! - Wow! What a great time. Stefan met us and arranged for our crossing to Cozumel. He stayed with the divers on our tour, but Mike was a great snorkeling guide, pointing out unusual things he spotted. Swimming with sea turtles was a highlight! Beautiful reefs, in two different locations - lots of colorful fish. The lunch that was included was pretty bland, but not horrible. We had fun and felt safe at all times. Would recommend this tour, 100%!

Snorkeling off of Cozumel - Very nice 90 minutes of snorkeling (two 45 minute sessions). The rest of the 9-hour tour was van and ferry travel and a buffet lunch. Josh was a good tour guide.

Nice family experience! - Family of four spent a week in Akumal, we ended up having a free day so booked this last minute excursion (night before). Weather was uncooperative, light showers throughout the day, and we didn’t see much at the reefs - typical schools of reef fish plus a reef shark and sting ray - so was a bit of a let down from that perspective but obviously beyond the control of the tour operator. We did two separate dives, each about 50 minutes, so you definitely get a lot of in water time. We had a lot of precious snorkel experience and our own gear. Be prepared for a long day, we arrived at the meeting spot at 9:00 AM and returned at 6:30 pm. Change of clothes, towel, good walking shoes, water bottle and boat shoes/sandals is recommended. Also, Dramamine highly recommended - the ferry is about 35 minutes and was very rough. Lunch at the dive shop/resort was exceptional!! Very good food, selection, and quantity.

Watch what you buy - bought an excursion from a certain Emiliano to playa del carmen of 6 hours with catamaran with the visit of 4 beaches + buffet but arrived in cozumel we were told that the beach we wanted to see was not included , the catamaran was a bathrobe , and the buffett was not there. disappointed and angry beautiful but not wow

Too expensive - It was fun but not exactly what was explained it is quite a small boat that broke down and made us miss our ferry

Do not recommend! - I rate this tour 0. I payed $600 CAD for the tour, including hotel pickup. We waited for one hour with no one picking us up. I called the local number and the agent argued with me saying I missed the playa del carmen pickup and wouldn't let me explain I paid for hotel pick up. I asked to be rebooked the next day, and she said no. She pretty much said no there was no hotel pick up even though I paid extra and my ticket said some thing. She told me to call viator and make my plea with them after the rude phone call. In the end I lost my money because of their mistake! There was no communication that anything was changed and they sent me the ticket the day before with the hotel pickup on ticket. I do not recommend this tour! If you do, make sure you call the day before so they don't screw you around.
