A 2-hour, 10-hour drive... - A journey of 2 hours and 10 minutes. Gabriel, Pedro and the rest of the workers were very patient and nice.

I wasn't sure whether to do... - I wasn't sure if I could make this excursion. I thought it was a very touristy thing, but it was quite a success. We loved the ride!

Spectacular - The truth is that I had never bought with this app and very good experience, although at first when I got to the point where you are sent I was pissed, the guy who was at the counter tells me that we are going by boat (I get very dizzy) I tell him that no, that I have booked by boat or catamaran not by boat, he tells me that what I have booked is the experience, well several boats go and when we ride in a motorboat I was pissed but I have to admit that it was worth it thanks to BRUNO and JORGE spectacular, an unforgettable experience thanks to the two, some professionals.

Overbooking issues - Nice staff but they overbooked the day we did our tour and we wasted the whole day from traveling to the location. They asked us if we would wait for a later tour but we couldn’t so they just refunded us.

SCAM - We had booked a boat for 9am. The day before, at 11:30 p.m., we were warned that the reservation was shifted to 11:30 a.m.
Having another activity scheduled at 11:30, we could not go to this one.
We called in vain, they hang up on us and no refund was made!
I strongly advise against it, they are real crooks!
