• Clube Naval de Sesimbra - The adventure starts with a scenic boat ride along the coastline to the designated dive location. The snorkeling activity is structured into three phases (lasting approximately 3 hours):
• Briefing: a theoretical session that covers adaptation to the aquatic environment, equipment usage, and safety guidelines;
• Adaptation dive: applying the theoretical knowledge by testing the equipment and practicing breathing exercises, allowing the body and mind to adjust to the surroundings;
• Tour diving: an opportunity to admire the environment, identify marine species, and relish the captivating underwater world.
