Join us for an exhilarating hike on Crete’s highest peaks, where you can admire the breathtaking view of the Lassithi Plateau from above and immerse yourself in Crete’s stunning landscapes. The adventure begins near the Lassithi Plateau, ascending an ancient Minoan path that leads to the peak of Karfi, standing at 1100 meters. From there, enjoy the magnificent sight of the Dikti Mountains, which reach an altitude of 2148 meters. Karfi is a historic Minoan settlement, inhabited during the late Minoan period (1200 - 1000 BC). Throughout the hike, relish in the incredible 360° views, including a splendid sea view and the impressive mountain peaks of Mt. Dikti, towering over 2000 meters. After the hike, explore the traditional villages of the Lassithi Plateau and visit the monumental Platanus tree in Krasi. This experience promises to unveil Crete’s hidden treasures.
