Great company - I needed to book Airport to Hotel transfer the night before because I had forgotten to get my usual transport. Searched online and found them. I booked/ paid directly through their website. I got the necessary "confirmation/tickets" thru my WhatsApp and honestly I was a little nervous about it, but it worked out perfectly. We had an entire van, booked as private, to ourselves. Very friendly driver but I cannot remember his name. All in all, perfect experience and a little cheaper than my usual transportation. Highly recommended. After all went well, I also booked the return trip with them back to airport.

Safe travels for a lone woman traveler! - I was a little nervous traveling as a single woman - so safety was the most important priority for me. This was the most convenient and well organized transportation, and I loved that I could message the company with questions (like exactly where to find the driver at the airport) and get an immediate response in English.

Flawless Experience - Flawless pickup of two persons from Cancun airport and drop-off to Zona Hotelera by Fidencio on Dec 12, in a private van. Reasonably prices for the round-trip, I thought. From booking through trip completion, eTransfers resources were in constant touch via Whatsapp. Giving appointment reminders, information on where to meet the driver, etc. Shout-out to the coordinator at the airport for being easy to find and ensuring our van was available within a few minutes. Similarly great, friendly service by Sergio on the return trip back to Cancun airport! Suggestion to travelers: If you have a (eTransfers or other vendor) booking for airport pickup, exit through the main doors after going through Customs. Do not stop at the desks manned by uniformed tourism salespersons. I found it a waste of time that delayed us by 10 minutes. (This is completely unrelated to eTransfers’ service. Just an input from a fellow traveler!😊)

Awesome Transportation! - Thank you for a awesome experience from start to finish was good customer service. I didn't have to wait to be transported to my hotel. I was thirsty from my and the young man who picked me up asked me if I wanted, juice, water or beer. I call that service at its finest and our conversation during my trip was refreshing. My early morning pick was good as well. I would highly recommend eTransfer for your transportation needs.

More $$ asked by vender - Our resort, Dreams Vista Cancun, was outside of the Hotel Zone. As first time visitors to Cancun and having trusted Viator for all our experiences in the past, we were very disappointed to learn we needed to pay $30US more upon our arrival for the increased distance. Average - Had to wait 25 minutes for private car.. Driver missed hotel and then had to back track. Driver acted like he was notified at last minute.

Suspicious reasons for taking photos of US citizens IDs before transfers after payment. Bad business practices - We traveled 12/31 to 1/8/25 WARNING THEY TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR IDS, afterwards we found out there are places where people’s IDs are showing up in what’s app groups from Mexico. Why should I trust a random driver! Our transfer to Rui palace to and from airport. Seemed like they just grabbed a rando driver from a lineup at the airport after we waited for over 30 minutes even though we were scheduled and ignored while standing with them. We had to ask them if they had our transport coming then they took us over to an unmarked van. The driver was on his phone the entire time! With both hands at times. We were just happy to get to the hotel in one piece. The driver that picked us up to transport us back was in a marked car was more professional but still insisted on taking a photo of my husband’s ID. I’m sorry but this is not necessary for business and should not be allowed. We travel all the time to Mexico and will not be using this service again.

Lost reservation - Although we reserved our ride to and from the airport in Cancún a few weeks in advance, the company assigned to pick us up did not have a record of our reservation. After I showed them our confirmation QR code and some back and forth, they were able to locate it. We waited an hour for them to find a driver for us to deliver us to the resort. Our driver was very nice.
