• La Gavitella - Restaurant & Beach - Join a hands-on cooking class for small groups in Praiano, guided by professional chefs in a typical restaurant overlooking the sea!

Take the stairs that start at the Church of San Gennaro to the restaurant if you are in Praiano or take our shuttle boat from Positano or Marina di Praia. You will be welcomed by the restaurant’s hosts and chefs and get ready to immerse yourself in an Italian experience! While putting on the provided apron and hat, enjoy a breakfast with coffee and cornetto.

You will receive step-by-step instructions and all access tools needed to craft an Italian bruschetta, along with two varieties of homemade pasta: ravioli with tomato sauce and tagliatelle with zucchini & shrimp. For dessert, you will prepare a traditional tiramisù. These special moments will be captured with photos & videos.

Savour the taste of Italian Prosecco & limoncello during the class.
At the end, have lunch featuring the dishes you’ve prepared and admire the view of Positano, Li Galli Islands & Faraglioni rocks.

You will receive recipes and certificates of attendance.
After lunch, the skipper will take you back to your starting pier.
