The guides were great... - The guides were great helping my 7 year old snorkel and feel comfortable. Great family experience. So fun!

Great day at the reef. - We had a great trip to the reef with our adult daughter and her four children ages 14-20. The hotel pick up was seamless and once we got to our destination we were outfitted with snorkeling gear. The reef was accessed by boat. We made two different stops at the reef and our guide pointed out things we probably wouldn’t have seen on our own—a lobster, an eel and a stingray. There were loads of fish and beautiful coral to look at. After snorkeling we had a delicious lunch and then had free time to wander. We found a wonderful ice cream shop and all agreed that it was a terrific excursion with a first class company.

It is a wonderful trip... - It is a wonderful trip for snorkeling. Just long enough. Saw lots of fish Including sting Ray and turtles.

Awesome snorkeling tour. - The whole experience was amazing. The snorkeling was fabulous we even saw spotted sting Ray and 2 turtles.the beach lunch was delicious. My husband and I both had the lobster and it was delicious. My only complaint might be the tour bus was a bit cramped on the way home.

Puerto Morales snorkeling - This was a great excursion! Of course picking everyone up took some time, but it didn't take too long to get to peurto morales. The guides were great. All the equipment was supplied, and our guide on the boat, Raphael, gave great tips to make sure the masks and snorkels worked well. The reef was amazing and we saw lots of fish and a turtle and a ray. Definitely recommend!

Good experience overall - The snorkeling was not amazing, but still good. However, I don't blame the company for this. Sometimes you just don't see a lot when you're snorkeling. I felt safe and the guide was kind and helpful. The lunch was delicious. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Reef Snorkeling at Puerto Morelos: A Lovely Day - Booked via TUI. One adult, a 14 year old and an 11 year old. Pick up time we had from hotel was 8.20am however the coach did not arrive until 9.30. We were told that this was an error with the collection time we were given, and we should have been informed which we we not, however once we were picked up, the day went well. You have to pay an additional $20 per person on pick up for taxes so factor this in. You alight at the port where you are taken to the boat and given life vest and snorkeling equipment. No sun lotion allowed but to be honest we were shaded on the boat so it wasnt an issue. Two stops for snorkeling. We saw a variety of fish on the reef: nurse shark, rays, barracuda, angel fish, parrot fish and many other beautiful fish i do not know the names of! Well organised and the guides keep the group together and help anyone struggling. Lunch was at the restaurant where the boat moors. We then drove a short distance to a small market for gifts if you wanted to purchase them before setting off back to the hotel. A nice little trip and glad the kids had the experience of snorkeling on the reef.

Mediocre snorkeling instructors but great marine wildlife. - The reef is very good, we have seen great marine wildlife. The snorkeling instructors could be more polite. They were making fun of people while they were giving the instructions for using masks for example.

Don’t Book With Viator - I booked a Saturday excursion for snorkeling. Viator contacted me on Thursday to cancel my booking and asked me to rebook for Monday. I accepted, but when they failed again to confirm time and place, I cancelled 48 hours in advance via chat (they said in email that chat was the only means of changing plans since the original booking date had passed). Viator charged my my credit card anyway and said it was my fault for cancelling via the app! Viator will not respond to my complaint via chat and is refusing to refund me. Do not book any trips via Viator unless you want to be treated badly!

No pick up - We were told pickup at 10am… sat there for an hour and gave up. Tried to contact them for our money back and still waiting.
