Fun in the sun - The staff wow doesn’t even comes close to how hard they work for us they were on top of everything we needed and wanted. Outstanding day the family had a wonderful time.

Mr Sanchos August 2025 - This was out First time to experience the resort. We were greeted and guided promptly, geat service, didnt have to wait, great atmosphere. We spent 4hrs and it was plenty! The food was great it fresh and plenty of choices. Our personal waited "Pop's topped it off very attentive and made the experience!!.

A Must! - Our time in Cozumel was absolutely incredible! Eduardo made the entire day unforgettable — he was friendly, professional, and made sure we had the best experience possible. Parasailing was such a thrill with the most beautiful views of the island, and the aquatic park was an absolute blast! We laughed, played, and made memories we’ll never forget.
If you’re visiting Cozumel, don’t miss out on this adventure — ask for Eduardo! He’ll make sure your experience is nothing short of amazing.

A great beach day resort!!! - The place was a great experience in Cozumel Mexico and the family enjoyed a great day. We originally found the site on Trip Advisor and purchased tickets online. This was a mistake as the Trip Advisor doesn't necessarily explain the resort and the purpose of the tickets they are selling. The manager was quick in understanding and resolving our ticket issue and also immediately refunded the tickets we had incorrectly purchased.

Sancho - It's nice and very accommodating. However. The aquatic area is kind of deep for smaller kids life vest are available. Food was ok, buffet or menu options.. pool was nice.

not worth it. - When two large groups showed up after us, we were completely ignored. we tried to flag someone down and they would just run by us. not until we were leaving did anyone say anything to us. we will not go back there.
