Wonderful spot and great value - We have been here twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed both visits. Taxis were readily available and our driver was friendly and informative. My wife and I enjoy relaxing on the beach, just chilling and enjoying the breeze and the water. Mr Sanchos is lovely and relaxing. All inclusive makes for a great excursion. We will continue to return whenever we are in Cozumel again.

Perfect Day at Mr. Sancho’s - I had a great time at Mr Sancho’s. I pre booked online and took a taxi located right outside the cruise terminal. It was cheap and easy to get to Mr Sancho’s. Once there me and my family had a great time. Check in only took a few minutes. There was ample seating available. Great Service, good food. Bring your snorkeling mask because there’s lots of fish to see. I would return.

Great place for a day at the beach - Highly recommend. Clean, quiet, good activities like parasailing, jet skis, massage. Food was ok not great. Drinks were OK but not too much alcohol. Only 15 minute taxi drive from the cruise port.

Highly recommend this for excursion or beach day! - Mr. Sanchos is our favorite go to when we visit Cozumel! We go two to three times a year and are never disappointed. The crew is awesome and this time we had Ivan the terrible! He and his partner were very friendly, high energy, and professional! We had a message on the beach and it was the same great experience. The coconut shrimp is one of favorites when eating.

Just book it! - We have been to Sancho’s twice and will be a lifelong customer. The service is unmatched, great drinks & good food especially when you’ve had a few too many of their drinks. Highly recommend the couples cabana as you have a dedicated daybed, table, couples massage, and server for you. Ivan is great as server, and Marshmallow was the best bartender! Getting a taxi is easy from the cruise port and $20 each way. About a 10-15 minute ride depending on traffic and such. We can’t wait to go back!

Hugo & Diego; The superheros - Hugo & Diego, the super heroes: We are staying in Cozumel for a week over fall break with our 100 kids (by 100, I mean 4). Their ages are 11, 9, 2 and 7 months. We wanted a day outside our condo and a strenuous excursion to take the kiddos to. So I booked this place with zero expectations. To be honest, leading up to our trip there were a couple negative reviews from October 2025 (same month we went), so I was a bit pessimistic. And goodness, I WAS PROVEN WRONG. I could write about the great and prompt service... because they had it. I could write about how organized they were... because they run the operation with such precision. Those things are easy to write reviews about. This review is about a much deeper level of care. I have a 2 year old that runs a million miles an hour (as toddlers do) but when she needs a nap, you better get that baby a nap. She fell asleep on me and I found myself nap trapped. I settled in for 2 hours of being paralyzed. Then Diego and Hugo (our waiters) came over with a beach chair in the shade and got her set up to nap there. I was able to put her on this nap set up they made me and BOOM.. I'm able to get a bit of relaxation. How great is it to have service is attentive to what would make you comfortable and without a word, they get it set up for you. The day was winding down and all the cruise goers went back to their ships. We have a couple hours left and the kids were still having fun so we stuck around. My 7 month old started to get restless and Diego/Hugo ordered a cabana that had already been stripped for my baby to roll around on in the shade. He's in the pre-crawling stage and just wants to wiggle. These men saw a mama just trying to make it with 4 kids and they really went out of their way to help make it easier for my husband and I on a deep level. Service like this makes my heart so warm. So anyway, I never write reviews, but here I am writing a review because it takes a dang village to survive a trip with a bunch of kiddos. Diego and Hugo showed up for us with efficiency, kindness and consideration. So go to Mr. Sancho's for attentive service, an organized all inclusive, and a waiters who know it takes a village and they have the family's back.

Scammed at parasailing - The beach club was good. Only giving 3 stars as we asked to pay in pesos for parasailing, however as soon as I put my pin the card machine the man snatched it back and then pressed pay in Home currency (GDP). This meant we paid c10% more than we should have and when I asked about this he refused to do anything. We had already bought multiple extras, tipped the staff well so this just felt deceitful and left m leaving Mr sanchos with a bad taste in my mouth.

Decent - Nice beach and decent pool. Food is decent but nothing special. Is only about a 15 minute ride from the cruise port. The problem is the pressure to tip every person all the time. I'm not cheap and I do tip but I have a general rule, if you ask for a tip, you don't get one.

Bad food! - Food was absolutely terrible. Couldn't eat any of it. Drinks weren't great either. Very watered down. Won't go back.

Bad food and nasty drinks even the soft drinks was flat. - The food was awful the drinks were terrible tasted like oil not very clean.i will never be there again we were out $138 for nothing. Not recommended to anyone .
