Just book it! - We have been to Sancho’s twice and will be a lifelong customer. The service is unmatched, great drinks & good food especially when you’ve had a few too many of their drinks. Highly recommend the couples cabana as you have a dedicated daybed, table, couples massage, and server for you. Ivan is great as server, and Marshmallow was the best bartender! Getting a taxi is easy from the cruise port and $20 each way. About a 10-15 minute ride depending on traffic and such. We can’t wait to go back!

Hugo & Diego; The superheros - Hugo & Diego, the super heroes: We are staying in Cozumel for a week over fall break with our 100 kids (by 100, I mean 4). Their ages are 11, 9, 2 and 7 months. We wanted a day outside our condo and a strenuous excursion to take the kiddos to. So I booked this place with zero expectations. To be honest, leading up to our trip there were a couple negative reviews from October 2025 (same month we went), so I was a bit pessimistic. And goodness, I WAS PROVEN WRONG. I could write about the great and prompt service... because they had it. I could write about how organized they were... because they run the operation with such precision. Those things are easy to write reviews about. This review is about a much deeper level of care. I have a 2 year old that runs a million miles an hour (as toddlers do) but when she needs a nap, you better get that baby a nap. She fell asleep on me and I found myself nap trapped. I settled in for 2 hours of being paralyzed. Then Diego and Hugo (our waiters) came over with a beach chair in the shade and got her set up to nap there. I was able to put her on this nap set up they made me and BOOM.. I'm able to get a bit of relaxation. How great is it to have service is attentive to what would make you comfortable and without a word, they get it set up for you. The day was winding down and all the cruise goers went back to their ships. We have a couple hours left and the kids were still having fun so we stuck around. My 7 month old started to get restless and Diego/Hugo ordered a cabana that had already been stripped for my baby to roll around on in the shade. He's in the pre-crawling stage and just wants to wiggle. These men saw a mama just trying to make it with 4 kids and they really went out of their way to help make it easier for my husband and I on a deep level. Service like this makes my heart so warm. So anyway, I never write reviews, but here I am writing a review because it takes a dang village to survive a trip with a bunch of kiddos. Diego and Hugo showed up for us with efficiency, kindness and consideration. So go to Mr. Sancho's for attentive service, an organized all inclusive, and a waiters who know it takes a village and they have the family's back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Been going to Mr. Sanchos since 2014, while I don’t cruise anymore. We do all inclusive, and just went to playa Del Carmen and left our all inclusive resort for the day to go spend it at Mr. Sanchos. You cannot beat the price point and the service there. Julio Mateo is a rockstar. Everyone that works there is, but him, he cannot be beat. The staff is the hardest working and they deserve every single dollar you are able to give them for tips. Please always remember take care of them! Their food is so good and so are the drinks, especially for what you pay. The tables and the view at the beach are perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful day with family and ask for Fredy Cash's section! - We were a multi-family group traveling and went to Mr. Sanchos on 9/24/25. The beach club, aquatic park, service, massages, and amenities all met or exceeded our expectations. We especially want to give a shout out to our wonderful wait staff, Mr. Fredy Cash, he worked hard for us all day. We had 3 kids that loved the food and virgin drinks, he was running from one order to the next literally all day long. He was great, as were his assistants. It was just a great day to be together with the family. The water was high the day we were there, so there wasn't much beach for the chairs, but it did not deter our visit or enjoyment at all. We were eating, drinking (under our umbrella table) or swimming most of the time. What a fantastic day, highly recommend and ask for Fredy Cash's section - you won't be disappointed.

Worth it - The food, place, and services were great! We arrived early and we got a table right at the beach. The facilities were clean. Our waiter Happy feet was attentive. Our drinks and food were delivered to our table. We booked the ATV tour and we didn’t have to worry about appointment time. Ricardo, our ATV guide was fantastic! The all inclusive pass to Mr. Sancho’s was definitely worth it.

Great value - This was a really nice experience for our family. As we arrived we were greeted by staff and explained the resort concepts. Our attendant, Alejandro (Harry) was very friendly and made sure we were relaxed and comfortable. Drinks and food were included. The “Mr Sanchos” special drink was my favorite. We chose fried whole snappers, it was fresh and delicious. We plan to return!!

Attention great. Sanchos’s Special drink is great. Once you arrive notify your server of any activity to have time to do - Attentive, clean, friendly, plenty to do, not expensive. Get taxi that stays with you to avoid craziness when you need to return to ship.

Great day at Mr Sanchos - Great place!!! Food, drinks, covered seating on beach, multiple pools, exceptionally clean restrooms with private showers. Diego treated us like royalty! Greeted at front entrance and expeditiously taken to check in. A quick taxi ride to and from the port.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! - Service was great! We thought it was a good value. The new pool with swim up bar was nice added perk. My family will be back.
