The guide made this tall from the time we got picked up throughout and her knowledge was very good amazingThe guide made - This was an amazing day and the tour guide who made this possible, I saw so much amazing views and waterfalls are much more. I would also recommend it for other people and my family.

This was my grandsons graduation Trip and in my bucket list. - It was awesome but through no falt of your it rained and we had no visibility. The guides were wonderful.

Excellent day trip - The Golden Circle stops were beautiful and the snowmobiling on the glacier was an awesome experience. Our guide Gunnar B had excellent knowledge of all things Icelandic, a great sense of humour and quirky stories.

Fantastic! 5 stars! - The tour was breathtaking! The fixers. The waterfall and national park. Nature at its best! And the snowmobile glacier trip was in one word amazing! Recommended! In addition, our guide was great. Lasma told many interesting facts and took care of everything well. Top experience!

Golden Circle & Glacier Tour – A Day to Remember with Dori - Our tour of the Golden Circle and snowmobiling on Langjökull was made exceptional thanks to Dori, our driver and guide. His calm presence, deep respect for Iceland’s natural beauty, and thoughtful commentary made the day feel meaningful without ever being overdone.
Dori shared stories and insights that reflected a genuine love for his country, adding quiet depth to the stunning landscapes we passed. From the powerful falls to the glacier’s edge, everything was seamless, safe, and awe-inspiring.

Unforgettable Experience in Iceland! - This tour was truly the highlight of my Iceland trip! From start to finish, everything was seamless, exciting, and full of awe-inspiring moments. The Golden Circle route showcased some of the most stunning natural wonders I’ve ever seen — from the powerful Gullfoss waterfall to the bubbling geothermal activity at Geysir and the expansive beauty of Þingvellir National Park. Every stop offered something unique, and the views were absolutely breathtaking.
Our guide, Dori, was incredible — friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about Icelandic history and geography. He shared fascinating stories and facts throughout the entire day, which made the journey between destinations feel like part of the adventure, not just travel time.
The snowmobiling portion on Langjökull glacier was the cherry on top! It was exhilarating to glide across the glacier with panoramic views in every direction. The gear provided was top-notch and kept us warm and comfortable, and we felt completely safe and well taken care of the whole time.
If you’re visiting Iceland and looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience that combines natural beauty, adrenaline, and excellent guiding, I cannot recommend this tour enough. Thank you to Dori and the entire team for an unforgettable day!

Okay experience - The golden circle part of the trip was good! Guide was very informative! Short 30 min stops so make sure you’re moving in order to see everything.
The snowmobile part is not worth it, they throw you into a big group of other people from different tours and your experience will be based off how well older or the not so smart people do on the snow mobile. We had multiple people roll over causing us to have to stop multiple times instead of riding. The view is spectacular so I definitely recommend doing this a separate trip not combined.

Do not book, company is deceitful and does not pick you up where you asked them too and blame you. - Company does not pick you up at the hotel as requested. They expected you to know to go to a close bus stop. Then told me i had to call my own taxi to meet up with the group which costs almost the whole price of the tour. Absolutely horrible customer service. They denied a refund as well.
Placed a dispute with the credit card company after being denied refund by merchant and Viator. Do not use this company.

Customer Service Fail - We got a single email the afternoon before our tour saying there was a 30 minute pickup window. The tour when we signed up as well as still on the app said 0900. It was unclear if the pickup window was from 0830-0900 or 0900-0930 so we split the difference and got to the designated pickup site at 0842. No driver ever arrived. Around 0930, we reached out both to Viator as well as the local operator, Reykjavik excursions. Each blamed the other about the poor communication. We were offered to rebook the next day (which wasn’t an option because it was our last day in Iceland). We walked to the tour operators location (which we could have walked to originally with appropriate communication) to explain our situation. Both they and Viator said they would review our case and decide if we qualified for a refund. We got no call, no text, and no clear communication about pickup. And had no telephone number to call in real time without a 15 plus minute hold. Our refund was denied. It is what it is. But this is a lousy way to do business, both the local tour company as well as an international company like Viator. Just ashamed I’ve supported this company for so long and recommended it to so many colleagues.

Arthur from Viator and Reykjavik Excursions are terrible - Worst tour ever. The tour actually starts at 8:30 am even though everywhere on Viator it says 9:00 am. Viator would not refund our money when we did not arrive 30 minutes early and missed our bus. We do not receive multiple messages, it is not clearly stated on our ticket, we arrived at 0842, and they did not even give us a courtesy cell phone call. At that point we could have walked to the tour starting point if the information had been clear or we had gotten a phone call.
The is an email from Arthur of Viator and clearly is a completely false representation of the facts.:
We regret to hear about the circumstances surrounding your refund request. Viator strives to make every attempt to address our customers concerns. The passengers were correctly included on the pick up list. The requirement to arrive 30 minutes prior to department was clearly stated on their ticket, and on their ticket, and we also reiterated this information multiple times via Viator messages. Our bus arrived arrived between 0833 and 0845 and successfully picked up 8 passengers.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a refund.
Arthur from Viator customer service and Reykjavík Excursions are terrible to deal with.
We have been loyal Viator customers and have booked tours all over the world with Viator with little to no issues and have always received a call if there was an issue. This has been an extremely disappointing experience.
