Great, thank you. - I did the tour yesterday and i felt comfortable from the first moment. The guide Juliana was very friendly and explained a lot about the northern lights. She interacted with us by asking us questions and let us guess. We found a place where we were the only bus and could take a lot of great pictures ourselfs and a lot photos and videos were token from us and the lights by the guide. It was a great show at the sky. The bus was very new and clean and the chocolate was a huge lock bar, very nice.

Dancing Lights, Silent Awe — Lights that Dance, Silence that Enchants - We had a wonderful evening under the guidance of our guide Michael, who turned out to be a true hunter of the Northern Lights. His knowledge, patience and enthusiasm made the experience unforgettable. He knew exactly where to take us, and his explanations of the dawn and Icelandic nature gave a special touch to the night. The hot chocolate was delicious, and the photos he took were simply amazing. As for the phenomenon itself, it is an experience that challenges the mind—those that take the breath at first sight and then bring deep inner peace by witnessing something so spectacular offered by nature. It is not just a spectacle in the sky, but a reminder of how small — and at the same time privileged — we are to share this planet with such beauty. It was a GREAT night! - We were fortunate to have a clear night and the lights were very clear at all three locations we stopped. The driver was safe, very friendly, courteous and went out of his way to ensure that all participants had the chance to have a photo with the lights. The rating I gave was for the experience - the driver could have described and explained the lights and the phenomena to the group - but did not. Nevertheless - the tour was on time, safe and comfortable! Thanks!

Best northern lights experience - Absolutely incredible experience. We left at 10pm and chased the gaps in the clouds for 2 hours and FOUND THEM!! Best thing I've ever seen, thank you to the Troll guide 🩷 the hot chocolate and heated van were an added bonus

Stars were bright, northern lights, not so much - It was sooo cold and the northern lights didn't show. There was a slight strip of pale green that couldn't show up with my camera. The stars in the sky were bright and absolutely lovely.

The worst tour I’ve been on ever - We spent more time roaming the suburbs of Reykjavik than we did “hunting” the northern lights We went to national park car park, last to arrive and dumped by telephone kiosk with a floodlight in it, and when driver had door of minibus open the awful interior lights ruined night vision We had no information and no digital photographs and had to try to listen in to other people’s tour group guide Bus was faulty, and was not comfortable especially with the incredibly bright white and purple led strip lights inside l The driver was uninterested and his level of being a guide was to say we’d listen to Icelandic music all the way back to Reykjavik, so the bus radio was on loud

Expensive for poor quality tour - Pick up touring around Reykjavík took an hour if it started at 9pm, picked up bus stop 6 at 9:20, we didn’t head out of Reykjavik until almost 10pm after driving around aimlessly on pick ups Bus had terribly bright led lights inside, and the door step didn’t work so it was a really high step into and out of minibus making it difficult for my wife Went to a poor location with light pollution from facilities and phone booth, and especially from this minibus when door was opened which was frequently. We arrived at 10:40 and only had 40-45 minutes at location, then a small cup of hot chocolate from a flask, no guide to talk about aurora, no photo and a boring drive with loud Icelandic mucus played all the way there and back Seeing reviews of other companies they seem to take care hunting best location and having a guide talk to them throughout I was going to book a golden triangle tour over weekend but decided to see how this went, so I’ll use another company

Should have been cancelled - We did not see the northern lights - which is not the fault of the company since it is a natural phenomenon. However, it seems like all other tour companies except this one cancelled the tours for the night … usually the bus stop is packed at 9pm with all the tours but on our day it was empty. I’m not sure why they decided to go ahead at all - there was complete cloud coverage and not a single star in the sky. The driver decided to drive 2hrs towards a waterfall hoping that he would see a star. 2hrs there means 2hrs back (4hr return) and by the time we arrived back at the hotel it was 1am and all we had done was drive and then get out to use the bathrooms and back. The driver also suggested that we should all nap on the way home but then they proceeded to blare music (I note that the music was blaring on the way there too) - that was contradictory. We were all tried and annoyed at that point as it should have been cancelled full stop (given the weather) and we shouldn’t have been stuck on a bus for 4hrs with blaring music.
