Additional Information

Bangkok is the perfect city of contrasts. Street food stalls outside Michelin restaurants, stilted homes alongside flashy high rises, and a melting pot of culinary influences that have evolved through the ages. Yet most people come to Thailand and eat the same thing they get at home: Pad Thai and Green Curry. But there’s so much more to offer.

Great experience and introduction to Thai food - We had a SO MUCH food. Our tour guide was lovely and very friendly. It was a small tour so loads of leftovers (which was a shame) but still a great experience. Cha-cha took us to local places and even picked up a few bits extra when we asked about them so we could try. He also took us on a little walk to see some other sites as we went. Very thoughtful!

Another great evening with Lost Plate - I've been a Lost Plate fan for a long time now, but haven't been in Asia lately to enjoy them. Fortunately, work sent me to a conference in Thailand and some colleagues and I arranged to experience the Bangkok edition of their evening food tour. It was a blast and they were super accomodating as we managed not just one but two private groups. You MUST come hungry. At just the first stop we ate what was basically a light lunch. And it got better from there. Everything was delicious but if you want to enjoy it all, you need room in your stomach!

Wonderful TukTuk Eating Tour - Mona and her driver were one of the highlights of Bangkok. They are a fabulously fun, friendly and informative team, taking us to so many amazing places to eat. We experienced family run restaurants, markets of different types, street eating with Aunty Satay and a wonderful finishing spot, all transported around in a groovy tuk-tuk around the streets of Bangkok. Absolutely recommended!

Good experience - Good experience with a great tour guide. Got to try multiple bites and ended the tour full. Transportation was handled completely by the group, some light walking which was good to walk off the food, overall good experience

A great way to explore the old town - Mona was a wonderful tour guide, on our evening foodie excursion. She was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. I particularly appreciated how she accommodated my preference for fish rather than meat, so I still got the authentic experience.

Book It Now! - My mom and I spent our first night in Thailand running around Bangkok with Cha cha and Lost Plates in a Tuk Tuk having some of the most exceptional food from places I would have never imagined venturing into on my own. It was an exceptional welcome to the country and I cannot recommend it enough!
