Volcanoes National Park - Morning: Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, a representative will warmly greet you and assist with immigration procedures and luggage collection.
There is an option to visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial Center (additional fee for audiovisual guide equipment) before continuing to Musanze.
Enjoy lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay.
Mountain Gorilla Trekking and Visit to Fossey Museum
Volcanoes National Park - After breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing, which begins at 07:00. During the briefing, you will be assigned to a specific gorilla group, accompanied by a park guide and ranger.
Porters are available at the starting point, and it is recommended to hire one to assist with your backpack during the trek, which also supports the local community.
Spend one hour with the magnificent gorillas before returning to the lodge to freshen up and have lunch. In the evening, visit the Dian Fossey Museum.
Golden Monkey Trekking/Departure
Kigali - Enjoy an early breakfast followed by check-out before heading to the park headquarters for a briefing. After the briefing, transfer to the starting point for Golden Monkey trekking. You are expected to return by 11:00, freshen up, and proceed to Kigali with a lunch stop at a recommended restaurant.
Later, continue to Kigali International Airport for departure.
