Best tour - Samuel gave me a very nice tour. I was very happy to see so many animals. There was also Wi-Fi, so I was able to enjoy the round trip in the car. I want to go again. thanks so much.

Fantastic Safari Experience at Akagera NAational Park - We had a fantastic experience at Akagera National Park, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Sam! Sam went out of his way to make sure we had the best chance of spotting as many animals as possible, and was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He knows so much about all the different animals, and we were very excited to see the elephants, giraffes, zebras, baboons, and more. Other aspects of the experience were also extremely well organized, from the detailed itinerary we received to the early morning pick-up. I would highly recommend this tour!

Amazing safari, well organised with expert guide - A well organised tour and Ben was a great guide/driver. He’s so knowledgeable and also flexible and knows the park like the back of his hand. The lunch included was large and tasty. We stopped off at a place with a beautiful view. Ben kept us moving to ensure we saw as many animals as possible. The company are well connected and work well with other guides to share lion etc sittings and locations. Thoroughly recommend

Safari with friends - To sit in a jeeb with friends and Sam as our guide one couldn't get a better day. Sam was the perfect guide and perfect driver. Took us through a wonderful safari and explained the wild life of the national park. There he was a big male elephant walking towards us and passing us few meters away. Wow what a feeling. The 6 rinos....the bathing elephants.....the buffalos....All this thanks to Sam who knew where to find and see the wild life. Once again. Thank you so much Samuel. Dragan Peter and David from Sweden

A stunning day! - We thoroughly enjoyed our One Day Akagera Wildlife Safari with Afri-Safaris. Our driver and guide, Elysee, was exceptional—kind, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. The breathtaking scenery complemented the excitement of spotting four of the ‘Big Five’ animals, along with numerous other delightful surprises along the journey. Lunch exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of beverages and a satisfying meal, especially given the remote setting within the expansive nature reserve. During our visit, we were pleasantly surprised by the minimal presence of mosquitoes and flies, although we came prepared with long trousers and long-sleeved shirts for extra protection. We highly recommend opting for the ‘open-top’ vehicle to elevate the experience further. It was an authentic and thoroughly enjoyable adventure that we hope to repeat in the future! PS: Take a good camera!

My Akagera National Park Experience - My visit to the Akagera National Park, Eastern Provinve was quite revealing and interesting. It was professionally delivered by Afri Safaris, guided by Samuel MAYERI. My tour guide, Samuel, exhibited a high degree of professionalism and good conduct. The arrival and takeoff time were perfectly executed. His narration on our to the Park and inside the Park shows a good understanding and knowledge of the subject and made it easier for me to follow. Well worth safari experience in Rwanda - My colleague and I had a true African wildlife Safari experience in Akagera see the photos. The whole experience was exceptional, marked by excellent service and thoughtful amenities. The safari vehicle was equipped with Wi-Fi, an ample supply of water, and multiple chargers, ensuring a comfortable and convenient journey. Our tour guide was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and enthusiastic, which greatly enhanced our experience. Throughout the safari, we observed an African famous big 5 species including a herd of elephants which were my favorite and a wide variety of wildlife, making the trip both memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Afri Safaris for the lifetime safari experience in Rwanda.

Afri safari know their onions, I give it to them any day - I had an amazing time at the Akagera safari camp, I had an up close and personal experience with the big 5s, the highlight was the lions, I was prepped not to make noise around them but I completely lost my decorum when I came in contact with the lions, it was a magical experience for me. AFRI safari’s representative was not only professional but very nice, skilled and knowledgeable about the safari camp. I give them a 1000 percent and I recommend any day.

Competent, nice team! Our highlight: bathing elephants! - Everything was great! Before the trip I was contacted by Salua who explained everything important again and the trip itself with Ben as driver guide was just great! Ben was always very accommodating and made a great day possible for us. We always felt like he was trying to show us as much as possible without raising unrealistic hopes! Luckily we saw a herd of elephants splashing in the water, which was really great! We can highly recommend this trip!

Don’t hesitate! Amazing experience - This day in Akagera was one of the most incredible days of my life. Not only did I feel super safe and comfortable the whole time, it was a thrilling day of searching for animals and using all your senses in nature. Ben Alfa was the most incredible tour guide and even before we met for the trip was great at answering all my questions and taking care of things for me. The food was delicious as well. This is one of the BEST deals for an Akagera trip and not only that but the best experience. So don’t bother looking for other tour providers and just go ahead and book this one. You won’t regret it.
