Our tour driver, Bean,... - Our tour driver, Bean, was excellent—very friendly and spoke English well, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. When **Silver Waterfall** was unexpectedly closed during our visit, he quickly suggested an alternative stop at a nearby pet farm to make up for it. If you're booking a tour in Sapa, I highly recommend Bean. He’s professional, thoughtful, and truly cares about his guests having a great time.

Glass Bridge Tour - An excellent trip, company kept in regular contact and the guide Tran Viet Duc was excellent , turned up on time and was very informative about sapa and the area. We were not rushed on the glass bridge and had more than enough time to explore and even have a relaxing coffee. The lunch on the way back was also amazing.

Safe drive to the bridge - This is a good tour if you are in Sapa. They pick you up at the hotel and take you to the bridge which has such great views. The whole experience takes around 5 hours.

One of the best trips I visited ever - It’s amazing place. The view over 2,300 meters is unbelievable. Duc also is excellent guide & very helpful person . He added value to our trip . I recommend other people who want to visit Sapa to deal with him

Amazing tour guide - it was lovely meeting the guide who took me to the bridge and waterfall. He was very friendly and accomodating. I forgot my wallet with him so he gave me $1000000 to do activities which i gave me back. Highly recommend him as his friendly and very informative.

Incredible experience - From the very moment I arrived, I was welcomed with exceptional hospitality and immediate, well-organized care that made me feel at ease right away. The transportation was extremely comfortable, making every part of the journey enjoyable. The tour guide was simply outstanding: highly professional, incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive, he shared all the necessary information with great passion. I would like to sincerely thank the guide for this truly unforgettable day. A memorable experience that I highly recommend without hesitation.

Amazing experience. Cannot recommend enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - This was by far one of the best tours we have been on. Communication was great through WhatsApp. Duc was an amazing tour guide who was very informative and funny. Drove us to the glass bridge and waited for us to explore followed by a visit to see some sturgeon in a local shop as well as organising entrance to the silver water fall and then a very tasty meal at Chapa Hills restaurant. All were organised professionally and there were no hard sells at shops along the way, which happens with some tour guides. He even gave us advice on the best places to get hotpot for our evening. If you choose any tour. Definitely choose this one !!!

An amazing day with the family on the sapa dragon glass bridge - We did the Sapa Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge and Silver Waterfall Half-Day Tour, and it ended up being a private tour, which made the experience even better. Although it was a cloudy day at the Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge, it was still an amazing and memorable experience—definitely a must-do if you’re visiting Sapa. The scenery was stunning, and the atmosphere added a unique charm despite the clouds. Our guide, Duc, spoke excellent English and shared great insights throughout the tour, not only about the sites we visited but also about Sapa and the local culture. Highly recommend this tour, and if you can, ask for Duc as your guide—you won’t be disappointed.
