My husband and I had the most amazing experience with Marcus from Tours Grenada on a 5-hour fully customized private tour this past Tuesday. We’ve traveled quite a bit, but this was hands down one of the most fun and memorable days we've ever had.
From breathtaking waterfalls and stunning coastal views to peaceful beaches and even meeting Mona monkeys in the rainforest — every moment was unforgettable. Marcus was the perfect guide: incredibly kind, deeply knowledgeable, and just a genuinely great person to spend the day with.
We can’t recommend Marcus and Tours Grenada enough — 110% recommend! Thank you for giving us such a special day in Grenada, Marcus!

Spring Break 2025 - Ace is seriously the BEST company! We had at least 5 different drivers while in Grenada and every single one was professional, kind, and went above and beyond. Whether you need airport transfers, rides to dinner or island tours, Ace is your go to!!! All we would ever use when in Grenada!

Definitely a worthwhile tour! - Joseph was our tour guide and driver. He was excellent. This was an excursion for me and my friends to celebrate my birthday. Joseph was so knowledgable and tailored the tour to our group, choosing just the right spots. He even bought me a birthday tiara.

Half day tour - We went on a private half day tour with Joseph. It was great. We learned so much and Joseph brought us to see other places along the way. His knowledge and friendliness was outstanding. I highly recommend Ace Ventura tours and Joseph.

Best Value - Great Service - I requested a half-day customized tour with specific sites that I wanted to visit and Ace Ventura did not disappoint. Joseph was my tour guide and I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Joseph was not only warm and welcoming, he was patient, knowledgeable, flexible, and very accommodating. The cost included any admission fees to the sites and he also offered refreshments. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience which I truly appreciated. If you’re looking for $$ well spent on excursions, Ace Ventura is the way to go! Thanks Joseph and Ace Ventura for a memorable experience. I’ll see you the next time I visit your beautiful island of Grenada. Peace and Blessings!

Great way to see the island of Grenada - My husband & I spent our day with Marcus from Tours Grenada He has a wealth of knowledge of the island! We learned so much and felt like he explained it where we fully understood it. Safely was a huge priority to him and he always tried to make sure we didn’t step into traffic or didn’t slip on a wet step, ect. Marcus took us to a try some local food at a restaurant called Andy’s. It was amazing! This was the highlight of my the trip for my husband as he got to eat curried goat. Seeing and feeding a couple of Mona monkeys was mine. Highly recommend Marcus!

Truly Wonderful Experience - This was the best day! Our tour guide, Joseph, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, interesting, very well spoken and a true gentleman. We got to see and learn things about this beautiful island that we will never forget. At the start of our tour we told Joseph we were very interested in the history of Grenada. He not only told us about the rich history, but he went out of his way to show us various things related to the history. We ended the day feeling like we had an absolutely wonderful experience. I highly recommend this tour.

Informative and relaxed - Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Highlights were: the chocolate factory, the guide there was very passionate about chocolate in Grenada. Grand Etang lake was lovely, and got lots of photos with the mona monkeys...very gentle when taking food from us.
A really nice half day trip showing lots of other sites and sharing history. Thank you so much!

Unsafe and disrespectful experience - I was absolutely floored by my experience with Ace Ventura Tours, and not in a positive way. I highly recommend that any woman, particularly those traveling alone, stay AWAY from this tour company.
Full details below:
The day itself was lovely — however, we fell behind schedule (due to inclement weather; rained out roads; slower service during lunch at Belmont, etc), which ultimately extended the tour duration.
As we were paying and gathering tip money at the end of the day, Joseph placed his phone down in front of us, and we couldn’t help but notice that he was communicating with the owner about me, implying that I alone was responsible for delays, writing: “this lady is something else, acting like we have all the time in the world.”
This comment was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful, given that the two of us (myself AND my partner) were simply following the guide’s lead and respecting the schedule set by your company.
My partner and I are visitors on this island. We do not know how long each tour stop should be, nor do we know how long each drive is from point A to point B.
As visitors, we relied on Joseph’s guidance to manage the day’s timing and expected that it was responsibility, as the local expert, to keep us on schedule. It was disappointing to be blamed and spoken about in such a disrespectful way, especially when we made every effort to be kind and cooperative guests.

I was extremely uncomfortable with the owner’s immediate follow-up question about me: “She alone?”
This soured the day and left me feeling incredibly unwelcome as a guest and more importantly, potentially unsafe.
