Perfect Afternoon Activity - The Chinatown food tour with our guide Robin was perfect! We got married that morning at City Hall, and had a blast spending the following few hours walking around town in the beautiful weather and eating some amazing food! Robin was super knowledgeable - she was able to answer all our questions! We really felt like Stretchy Pants and Robin had sincere relationships with the vendors, and had spent significant time finding the best places to show us!

You CAN have zee duck!!! - Lucky us -- me and my friend -- we had a private tour with Robert (he'll take up to 10 people). We told him we were open to all the local color and history he had to impart and he did not disappoint. Also, many of the food destinations we went to were his personal, long-time favs, so he had relationships with this vendors, which I really think enhanced the service we received. We went on a Sunday and lucky us, Chinatown was relatively quiet that day, so we were really able to hang out and enjoy every stop on the tour. Also, we parked at the Chinatown Parking Garage on Pacific Ave. $6/hr, which is a great price. HIGHLY recommend this tour. You're taken off the beaten path re: Chinatown and there's Cantonese duck involved as well. Enjoy!

Fun for the whole Family! - The Chinatown: Tea & Dim Sum Food Tour with Stretchy Pants Food Tours was absolutely fantastic! I went with my family, and everyone had a blast. Even as someone who grew up in the area, I discovered so many new and fascinating things about San Francisco and Chinatown. Our guide, Jacob, was incredible—engaging, knowledgeable, and great with kids. Thanks to him, even my 9- and 12-year-old picky eaters stepped out of their comfort zone and embraced the delicious flavors of Chinatown. If you're looking for a fun, flavorful, and educational experience, do yourself a favor and take this tour. You're guaranteed to have a great time—and leave with a very happy, full belly!

A Chinatown adventure with great food and new discoveries. - A perfect way to enjoy San Francisco and discover more about Chinatown. Our guide Marcy was kind, knowledgeable and considerate. We have a less mobile member in our group, but she made sure to accommodate our pace and was very gracious about it. We had some tasty savory eats, sweets and hot tea. On the way to our destinations we got to explore hidden nooks and corners, while Marcy shared stories and historical facts. It felt like a glimpse into the past which helped shape the present. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family, especially people who are visiting from out of town and looking for a fun activity to explore the city with.

Tasty bites, colorful alleys, and rich history — fun outing with the fam - After being in SF for decades, this tour showed me that there was more to explore around what I thought were familiar corners. Through hidden culinary gems and rich history, our guide peeled back the layers to give even more texture to living in SF. Places that I had passed a hundred times, but never dwelled for any length, were painted with colorful stories. It was fun for the whole family and a shared memory that was well worth an afternoon. Looking forward to the next one.

The perfect tour! - We did this tour on our last day in San Francisco, what a fantastic way to end our trip. Our tour guide Jacob was so friendly and knowledgeable. We ate some of the best dim sum and the tour ended with a fascinating tea tasting experience. I don’t want to give any spoilers away but the tea tasting was so entertaining! Along the tour we learned so much about China Town, it’s an area of San Francisco steeped in history. I personally love dim sum so this was the perfect tour. Special shout out to Jacob who made the day extra special, we didn’t have to worry about a thing, just eat, drink and enjoy!
