Family journey to Cozumel - This was our first trip to Mexico. Our time with Oscar and crew was outstanding. There were about 12 people on the boat. The snorkeling was amazing. They were fantastic at showing us various species of marine life. The day was slightly overcast so the heat was not too intense! The crew appreciated the weather too! The lunch and drink were superb. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

Great Snorkeling and Sailing! - The trip was great! Good snorkeling and sailing. The staff was great. Oscar our lead guide was amazing. He was very helpful. He was there early and he was very friendly. Oscar was very knowledgeable of the local marine life. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole tour. We would definitely choose cancun adventures in the future and hope to see Oscar again. Thank you.

Not what we were expecting - Everything we did was fun, however, every activity was rushed. We never left the port area while snorkeling, paddle boarding and free time. You have to wear life jackets the entire time. I wish we could have spent more time sailing in open water through the beautiful blue and green waters with beach views instead of giant cruise ships. Probably an excursion meant for cruisers to enjoy since it’s close and short. We will be going to the island on our own next time and bring our own snorkels.

Jellyfish Stings & No Time in Cozumel - We recently participated in this tour and unfortunately had several disappointing experiences that I believe future travelers should be aware of: 1. Pickup Logistics: Be aware that the transportation for excursions is not as expected. In our case, the driver arrived about five minutes early and left after 8 minutes. We arrived 4 minutes after our scheduled pick up time and saw the van leave and immediately called the company to ask them to stop the driver since they were still on the resort property, but they refused. We had to arrange and pay for our own taxi to the ferry at an additional cost of $50. In our opinion, this situation could have been handled with more understanding and communication. 2. Lack of Jellyfish Warning: There was no mention of jellyfish in the water before we began snorkeling. Multiple people on our tour, including myself, were stung—some with quite painful reactions. While I understand this can happen in the ocean, I’ve been on over 20 snorkeling tours and never experienced this. It would have been helpful if the guides provided a heads-up, especially for guests unfamiliar with the area, so they don’t panic if they do get stung, as some jellyfish stings can be deadly. 3. Second Snorkel Stop: The second snorkeling location was underwhelming. There was no visible reef, and we didn’t encounter any marine life. 4. Hospitality and Alcohol: The lunch and onboard hospitality were good, and the staff were friendly and fun. However, the encouragement to drink was excessive. Some guests were offered alcohol every few minutes, and in one case, it seemed like too much was pushed onto someone who became sick. Of course, everyone is responsible for their own intake, but the pressure felt over the top at times. 5. Time in Cozumel: We were only given about 15 minutes to explore Cozumel, despite being told we’d have time to enjoy the town. Instead, we sat on the boat for a long period even after guests expressed interest in going ashore. This was frustrating and not what we expected based on the description. 6. End-of-Tour Chaos: At the end of the tour, the process for getting back to the resorts was disorganized. Dozens of people were crowding around the guides trying to find their groups and assigned vans, creating a confusing and chaotic situation. While there were some enjoyable aspects, such as the friendly staff and lunch, the overall experience did not meet expectations—especially compared to similar tours I’ve taken in the past.

What a disappiontment - I would not recommend this tour and sincerely wish I had booked with another company—it had so much potential but was completely overshadowed by poor organization. That being said, the staff and our guide were kind and seemed to do their best under the circumstances. Unfortunately, having done similar tours before, this was by far the most administratively disorganized one I’ve experienced. The issues started right away when they forgot to pick us up. Despite receiving two separate emails confirming a 6:30 AM pickup, we waited until 6:45 with no sign of our driver. We called and emailed but got no response. Thankfully, family members who were also on the tour asked the driver about us after they were already picked up, and only then did someone come to get us—almost an hour later. Because of this, we had to take a ferry, which could have been avoided if they had just told us to meet them there. What made it worse? No acknowledgment or apology for the mistake. The boat itself was way too crowded, packed to its maximum capacity of about 35 people. Even with 20 people, it would have felt cramped. Once we found our seats, things continued to feel chaotic. We were given our snorkeling gear right away, put it on, and then had a rushed explanation before everyone jumped in at the first stop. The snorkeling itself was just okay—nothing special—but the experience felt rushed, overcrowded, and disorganized, with people constantly bumping into each other. From there, I expected more snorkeling, as the tour advertised three stops, but after getting back on the boat, we had to return our gear. We were served lunch, which was decent for being on a boat, and the next stop was simply a swimming hangout—which, to be fair, was the most enjoyable part of the day. But then, the photographer started selling photos, and I realized the tour was already ending. Confused, I asked if there was more snorkeling, and the answer was no—we were headed back. To make it worse, the boat idled back at a painfully slow pace. When I asked why, the guide so casually said, "We're just wasting time now." WHAT!? Why not add another stop or let us swim longer instead of dragging out the return? Overall, the overcrowding, poor timing of activities, and administrative chaos ruined the experience. I have never had to think so much about logistics on a tour before, but because of the ferry time changes and the botched pickup, it was frustratingly unavoidable. The few positives? The photographer was nice and took some decent pictures, the guides were kind, and there were endless drinks. But those small wins did not make up for the overall mess of a trip. I would not book with this company again.

It's a scam and to get a discount it's a struggle - It's flight, they sell us a 5:30 excursion, it's necessary it's 3 hours and we just leave the port of comuzel 2km on the right and 2km on the left
