Impermeable! Fantastic time! - Note 1,000!! Super professionals! Attentive to everyone and the tour is unforgettable! Prepare for lots of photos! We saw a lot of fish, lagoon, turtle, rae etc. I saw other boats crowded. Much larger or smaller. We hit the choice! I recommend!

Warm and friendly snorkeling trip. - The staff was excellent, they went out of their way to make us feel special. We would like to especially thank Carlos for an enjoyable conversation about Mayan history and culture. The catamaran was small enough to enjoy meeting other guests but large enough to ride smoothly across the water. The group size was perfect. The ladder was very manageable for entry and exit…even for those of us with a bad back.

Great Snorkel Excursion in Cozumel! - Cesar and the Poseidon crew were amazing! We had the best time on this excursion! It was a small group of 14 and they took us to three great snorkel spots that weren’t crowded and we saw a bunch of turtles, sharks, stingrays and tropical fish! The water is crystal clear and they have an excellent photographer with them that takes lots of pictures. They have good quality gear if you don’t bring your own and they don’t make you wear a stupid life jacket if you’re a good swimmer so you can actually free dive down if you want. The crew picks you up from the Money Bar which is about a 15min taxi ride from the cruise terminal ($15 each way) and this 4hr tour gave us plenty of time to get back to the ship. They also charge $10 marine fee per person so just plan to have cash for that and tips. The money bar has great drinks and food and good prices and it’s right on the water. They also provide drinks at the sandbar before they bring you back and we had giant stingrays swimming around us :) You and your stuff gets pretty wet on the catamaran so bring a dry bag. I’ve done a lot of snorkeling excursions through the years and this is one of the best I’ve ever booked!

Change in plans still made for an amazing day! - We had an amazing time on La Chula! Caesar (Baby Turtle) and his team were awesome! Because it was unsafe and the weather didn’t cooperate, we were unable to make it to the snorkel sites originally signed up for. Even though we were bummed about that, the team did a fantastic job keeping us safe, bringing us to alternate sites on the other side of the island, and having a good time. The fish ceviche was absolutely incredible for a snack, the drinks flowed, and the music was on point! We will definitely be back and cross our fingers for better weather so we can make it to the turtle sanctuary and El Cielo! We booked this trip separately from our cruise line and made it back in plenty of time to shop and relax, so if you are coming on a cruise this crew made it simple from arrival in port with clear directions to our pickup location, to drop off and return. Can’t wait for our next trip to Cozumel!!!

Great snorkel outing - Friendly, fun, and helpful. We enjoyed going to the multiple snorkel spots, which were wonderful to explore. We loved the boat trip out to a more remote beach area, but it was weird they brought us somewhere we could swim but aren’t allowed on the sand/land (not a big deal, just pointing it out). Ceviche was fantastic!

Fish "no fish" sanctuary. Food poisoning. I - Our expectation was to see turtles, we did not see any. The fish were very few. The crew served pico's and ceviche. I got sick be fore the boat docked. Food poisoning. The crew washed the cutting boards in the ocean, totally in sanitary. I was very sick for two days. I would like to request a partial refund. Thank you.

Partial Refund - Cost $130 Missed the boat due to Carnival debark was 9:15 ship time, 10:15 local time. Called them and I was ok with losing out on half and Alex said “yes 50% refund” however when I received a refund. I received $26 not the 50% that Alex assured me. Honestly it is ok, the bible says love your enemies, well keep the remainder and hope y'all have many blessings . This is me venting then Letting go and Letting God.
