The bike was in good shape and I got some good tips on local trails from the employees who helped me. They alo sent me with a spare tube and pump which was kind. The only issue was the water bottle holder on the bike was weak plastic so I kept my bottle in my bag. Just be prepared or ask for a different bottle cage if you want have a bag.

I was in town for a limited amount of time, and I REALLY appreciated your allowing me to pick up the bike the night before so I could get an early start riding the next morning! I was able to get up there before the crowds hit.
I’ll definitely recommend the shop to others and will rent from you from now on when I come to visit my friends in SC!
