We had to look for the van that wasn't at our destination flight, we had to send messages but no one answered. The day we made the reservation we paid for a round trip and the day of our returning flight, Viator wrote to us saying that wasn't included and we had to look for a new transportation meanwhile and almost one our before.

Cautionary tale! - First of all, this round trip airport transfer was pre-paid . Our names were not listed upon arrival to Huatulco. A paraiso employee had to call to confirm our transfer. The day before departure, there was no text or call with a transfer time. I called Paraiso , Vindiana answered and assured me and the concierge, "who spoke spanish and made it easier for us to understand", that we would get a text or phone call before 6 pm the day of the call. You guessed it, no text,no call. The receipt page from expedia at the time of purchase said pick-up 3 hours for international flight,so should have been 0954 for our 1254 flight, I called again at 0915 and was told the shuttle was going to be there in 15 minutes! We were in the lobby, had to rush back to our room, and get our luggage, I told them that! Got to the lobby with our bags at 0935. They put us down as no show and left. Mind you, this is a huge resort, and shuttle services are used. Called again, the male employee called my husband a liar when he said no call, no text. My husband was interrupted several times when he tried to explain the events that had happened and "our" phone calls to them asking to confirm our airport pickup time. We have been to mexico in various areas more than 20 times! Have never had any problems! We know the drill! I have never been called a liar. Horrible customer service. The taxi ride from our hotel to the airport was less money. We will be disputing the airport return charge .Phone records will show "they" lied, not me! Skip this company!
