• Viña Aquitania - With three decades of expertise, Viña Aquitania is celebrated for crafting wines in two distinct Terroirs in Chile. Nestled at the base of the Andes Mountains, within Santiago city, in the heart of the Maipo Alto Valley, this boutique winery is dedicated to producing high-quality wines in limited quantities. Visitors can explore the entire wine production process, which combines modern equipment with traditional artisanal methods. The tour begins at the winery’s lookout, offering a 360º panoramic view of the vineyard. As you descend, you can observe the vineyard’s condition, which varies with the seasons. The tour concludes with visits to the wine-making cellar, fermentation room, barrel room, bottle storage cellar, and labeling area. After the tour, guests can enjoy a tasting of four premium wines:

• Viña El Principal - Named after the Indian Chief Picunche Andetelmo, “El Principal,” who was the master of the lands now home to our terroir at the foothills of the Andes in the Valle de Alto Maipo. His visionary and peaceful nature earned him the respect of the Spanish conquistadors, creating a legacy of mutual respect and exchange that continues today. The spirit of Andetelmo lives on in our wines, reflecting the nobility and quality of a unique terroir. Located in Pirque, Viña El Principal invites you to experience and celebrate our expansive vineyards, showcasing the true essence of a unique terroir. The tour includes a visit to the winery, barrel room, an explanation of production processes, bottling, storage, and a tasting of our four wines: Kiñe (white), Calicanto, Memorias, and the iconic El Principal.

• Pirque - Enjoy a delightful lunch at a renowned local restaurant in Pirque town. Please note that the cost of lunch is not included in the quote, and guests will need to pay for their orders.

• Viña Pérez Cruz - Sixty years ago, Pablo Pérez and Mariana Cruz discovered the ideal location to establish Pérez Cruz Viña on the southern bank of the Maipo Valley at the foot of the Andes Mountains. They found a privileged spot in the Chilean countryside, rich in tradition and geographical significance, with slopes at high altitudes featuring ancient rock formations and earthworks. This unique terrain, with its stony and clayey soil, is complex to cultivate but rich in minerals and blessed with a Mediterranean climate. The visit includes a tour of the winery, Mesanino floor, the cellar, and concludes with a tasting of three wines (CS Reserva and two Limited Edition). After the visit, we will return to Santiago and drop you off at your hotel, marking the end of our services.
