In our inviting open-air kitchen, each guest has their own cooking station. With guidance from our patient instructors, participants will prepare 5 authentic Thai dishes, including Thailand’s favorite dessert, Mango Sticky Rice. Cooking amidst the warm glow of sunset creates a unique atmosphere that sets this session apart.
This evening class is distinct in its focus on the farm and kitchen experience, allowing you to cook, explore, and unwind as the sun sets over the rice fields.

Situated just outside Chiang Mai, the school offers stunning views of the sun setting over rice fields and mountains. This session allows for ample time to explore the organic farm — gather fresh eggs, visit the mushroom hut, and learn about Thai herbs and vegetables directly from the garden. Cooking in a cozy open-air kitchen at sunset provides a warm, unforgettable atmosphere. With personalized guidance and an emphasis on understanding ingredients and techniques, participants will leave with not only a delicious meal but also the skills to recreate it at home.
- Pick-up area: Free pick-up/drop-off for hotels within 5 km of city center. For hotels outside this area, we will arrange a nearby meeting point or advise about a small extra charge.

- Each guest chooses their menu at the start of class before cooking begins.
- Children under 10 are considered visitors and will not have their own station, but can join cooking with parents. If parents want them to have their own station, please book as adult price.
- Guests can always feed and hug chickens; vegetable picking depends on what is ready.
- Clothing: Comfortable shoes are recommended for the farm walk.
