Very Professional Comfortable Transport Service! - Perfect experience from beginning to end! We met the driver Vincenzo by the StarHotel Terminus on piazza Garibaldi. Vincenzo had communicated with us through WhatsApp and we asked for his Vehicle color and plate number, which he provided and which made it simple to identify him when he arrived. He got out of the car and handed me the sign with my name on it that he had planned to use if he couldn’t locate us. Not knowing the area at all, having never been there, I was a little concerned about finding the meeting point. The key for us was coming out the perfect exit of the train station…the Garibaldi exit. I’m sure there is more than one Garabaldi exit, so StarHotel may not be on your left as it was for us, but it’s a big hotel and you shouldn’t have any trouble finding it. I had printed a picture off the internet of the front of the hotel which, with very little effort, helped us we locate the meeting point. Vincenzo our driver was as professional as they come. Soft calming and pleasant music. Excellent driving skills, pointing out a few sights along the way. We were in a Mercedes van that seated 9 people including the driver. As the last folks picked up, we were seated very comfortably in the front with the driver what a fabulous view we had all the way to a stop point where Vincenzo transferred us to another driver who completed the last small part of our trip into Sorrento. Vincenzo, our original driver then continued on with other passengers who were going to Positano & Amalfi. We would definitely use this service again. It was worth every penny we paid! A much more relaxing and comfortable way to get here than the train we took last year! Thank you Viator, we highly recommend your services

Punctual, Professional and Courteous - Our driver Giuliano was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The car was very clean and Giuliano drove very well. We arrived early and Viator was able to accommodate an earlier pick up time. This gave us more time explore our area. We appreciate this very much. We are very happy with this service.

Service with a smile - Driver was on time and very polite, waiting for us with our names on a sheet of paper, so very easy to spot him. Car was clean and airconditioned with good leg room. Drive was smooth. Definitely recommend

Okay - Once we finally found the ride we were good. Very vague instructions on where to meet. Said to meet in front of a hotel. Stayed in front of hotel. Had to contact the company they said wait on the sidewalk in front of hotel. There was no sidewalk

False Advertising - This service was honestly disappointing, but to be completely fair we should have called ahead for more details. Because if we had, we would never have booked this shuttle. The driver was nearly 40 minutes late for pick-up and this was never communicated to us until we had to call ourselves and ask about his whereabouts. There was also no sign with our names as promised, overall communication was poor. When we arrived in Sorrento, the driver instructed us “Sorrento, get out” on the side of a busy street with no direction and a far walk from our accommodation with 4 suitcases. Plus 1 star because the driver was agreeable to drop us off at a piazza closer to our hotel. This company should not advertise “door-to-door” service when it’s only applicable to private transfers. As far as the shuttle back to Naples, that was also a nightmare. We called explaining there is no possible way we can walk essentially 20 minutes up a hill to the meeting point with luggage. Which by the way was right by the train station. Which begs the question why are we paying extra for so-called “convenience”. Also, after much back and forth and unneeded stress they were agreeable to pick us up by a nearby piazza to take us to the group meeting point. The drivers themselves were fine as well as the vehicles. Overall, would not recommend this company unless you are not on a time crunch and have a singular backpack or bag that is easy to carry. This was the only inconvenient part of our entire vacation, in fact, public transportation was easier to navigate.

Save your money - My one piece of advice — use any other service. It would’ve been easier to just take the train and much cheaper. The driver was 35 minutes late picking us up. We were not informed on his location or how long he’d be. Thankfully, we factored in extra time so we didn’t miss our ferry. It was incredibly frustrating from the beginning. Save your money. (Train from Naples to Sorrento is €4,50 a person).
