The guide was spectacular - The excursion is highly recommended, the sites visited are beautiful, and also with the guide was all very fun.

Well worth the time spent. - A wonderful day out, full of interesting and beautiful places. Our tour guide Julian was so knowledgeable and humorous which enhanced our experience enormously. Our driver (Arlando) was exceptional and calm under many difficult conditions.

Recommended - Very nice tour where we could still broadly see the villages, Teide and Masca. We did the tour at the beginning of our holiday and highly recommended. Our bus driver Pedro was very experienced, not afraid for a moment. The guide Julian was pleasant, funny and has given good explanations and was very clear about the appointment moments during the disembarkation.

Tour of Teide national park, Garachico, Masca with stop for lunch. - Picked up from Adeje, arrived on time. The bus was delayed at Vila Flor for a time. The guide Samuel was very knowledgeable and provided excellent commentaries. Had a good lunch with vegetarian option in Garachico. Enjoyed exploring Masca although time somewhat limited. A good tour overall.

Recommended day tour with interesting insights of the island - The weather was better than announced. 15-23 degrees. Solid footwear recommended. Experienced and friendly Guid and bus driver. Enough breaks. Lots of information about the island. Several places served. Start 8.30 - 18 h. Recommend it to others.

Great tour, restaurant less... - A very nice day trip, great compliment of the pleasant travel companion with lots of interesting information and the chauffeur who had the winding roads fully under control. Definitely recommended!! What I didn't like was the restaurant. 2-3 buses arrived at the same time, the time available in the restaurant was limited. There was a longer Waiting time to serve food. Then we were asked a bit more insistently for cash payment (I am mostly without cash) The meat was so dry that I had to leave it standing. For all these visitors only 1 toilet per ladies/gentlemen (further longer waiting times). Pretty stress to arrive at the bus on time. Too bad, but otherwise everything really top!!

Disorganized Tour With Several Disappointing Stops - The trip got off to a very bad start. We received a message early in the morning saying the bus was delayed, followed by another message informing us that we would not be picked up at our hotel, even though this was clearly stated both in the booking and on our ticket. I tried calling the operator for clarification, but they never answered. It later turned out that we were expected at a completely different pickup point, which we had never been told about. We ended up rescheduling the trip, but the situation was stressful and forced us to reorganize our day last-minute. The Trip Itself: 1. First Stop: Villaflores A very strange choice for a stop. There was almost nothing to see. No viewpoints, just an old water supply with an information sign. The café there felt like a typical tourist trap, and they even charge €1 to use the bathroom. 2. Second Stop: Teide This was incredibly rushed. We had only 30 minutes, which made no sense because there is so much to see and many beautiful paths to explore. It was stressful, and I would much rather have skipped Villaflores entirely to spend the extra time at Teide. 3. Third Stop: Dragon Tree We had 1.5 hours here, including lunchtime. The group was taken to a prearranged restaurant with a set menu, but thankfully the guide didn’t pressure anyone to join, and the town had several alternatives. We brought our own lunch because we’ve experienced other tours where you’re taken to remote restaurants with no other options. This stop turned out great, since we visited the botanical garden (€5), which was lovely, peaceful, and perfect for lunch. Highly recommended! There is also Casa Del Drago restaurant that looked amazing, I'd love to come back to that. 4. Fourth Stop: Garachico Pools This was the biggest disappointment. The tour description promised one hour at the natural pools, and we even brought bathing suits. Instead, we were forced to walk slowly behind the guide like a herd of sheep, and the entire stop lasted only 30 minutes - just enough time to take photos before getting back on the bus. We weren’t allowed any time to swim, even though we could easily have taken a quick dip and rejoined the group. A major letdown. 5. Last Stop: Masca A beautiful little village in the mountains. We had 45 minutes here, which was more than enough and actually quite enjoyable. Summary Positives: - The guide was knowledgeable and interesting - The driver, Pedro, was incredible. Skilled, calm, and very safe in mountain roads - You get to see a lot in one day - Freedom to choose your own lunch option Negatives: - The guide was inflexible at key moments - Far too little time at Teide, which is he highlight of the trip - Promised time at the Garachico pools was cut in half - Not allowed even a quick dip in the pools - Long hours on the bus - Hotel pickup was not honored, despite being clearly stated on the ticket, no compensation was offered for the organiser mess up Overall, this tour had potential, but poor organization, broken promises, and rushed stops made it an overall disappointing experience.

Trip was disappointing - The trip did not meet our expectations. At the description it was suggested that we went to Mount Teide itself, but we have not even been close. We had a group lunch and it ran late and by the tour leader was very rushed and the program a bit shrunk. At Masca we were only 20 minutes. The program was not well organized.

We got sent on the wrong tour!! - I would not recommend booking with this company. I reserved a four-stop tour, as reviews indicated that the longer tour with additional stops did not provide sufficient time at each location. Despite booking only the day before, when the bus arrived—15 minutes late—the guide informed us that we had been placed on a different bus due to availability issues. I assumed this was the same tour we had booked, but it quickly became apparent that it was not. At the first stop, I noticed discrepancies, as our itinerary was not supposed to include Vilaflor. At the following stop, it became clear that we were on the wrong tour: we were given only 10–25 minutes at Teide National Park instead of the scheduled one hour, and the same issue occurred in Garachico. As a result, we were unable to properly explore, swim in the natural pools, or enjoy the locations as planned. I contacted the company regarding this issue but have not received any response. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. The tour we specifically booked was not the tour we received, and we did not have the time we expected at the destinations we had chosen.
