The kids were awesome and very accommodating to my grandson even though he was a little obnoxious at times. I learned so much and found it very interesting. I don’t like reptiles but the kids made it fun! I was completely surprised that I enjoyed it. I only went because my 7 year old grandson has lizards and is fascinated by snakes. He absolutely loved the experience!,,

We learned quite a bit; it was very inclusive also for our three and four-year-old grandchildren (they are already asking to go back for the general tour); we like the way it was done from smallest to biggest.

The lady the who gave us the 1.5 hour Basic Tour(don't remember her name) was extremely affable and quite knowledgeable. She engaged the kids with frequent quizzers on the animals and kept the audience engaged throughout the tour. Must watch!!
The only downside is that they do not have "Public Restrooms" which makes it difficult for the kids to maintain their momentum that long especially when there are no major grocery outlets nearby wherein people can go and relax.
