Ride okay, nice driver, but would still prefer Uber again - I was asked to write a review, so I'm writing an honest review. We booked a driver in advance because we thought it would be more relaxing than Uber. 1. It said the driver would wait for us with a sign with my name on it. That wasn't the case. We had to find the meeting point outside the airport, which wasn't easy. Then we had to wait for the driver. Well organized is something else entirely. 2. Now the unpleasant part. We've already paid a higher price than Uber. I'm happy to tip, too. We arrived exhausted with our child after a 12-hour flight. We hadn't had time to change money yet. I tipped my last euros. The driver still seemed very dissatisfied and asked why we didn't have more money with us. 3. It was nice, but we wouldn't do it again. Next time we'll use Uber; it's cheaper and less stressful. The driver was actually nice and made an effort, so I'd like to be fair and give it a few more stars.
