Join the locals and participate in this uniquely Japanese custom. It’s an enjoyable and invigorating way to engage with the community and kickstart your day the Japanese way!
Schedule
6:10 AM – Gather at Exit 1 of Iriya Station (Hibiya Line)
Please assemble in the small square directly in front of Exit 1 of Iriya Station.
Look for the guide holding the “Radio Taiso” banner.
We’ll check everyone in and prepare to go!
Please be aware that we will leave promptly at 6:15 if you are late.
6:15 AM – Proceed to the park ※The location may vary depending on the day.
※On the way, we’ll share some tips and insights about joining Radio Taiso.
6:25 AM – Arrive at the park and join the locals
6:40 AM – “Radio Taiso” concludes / Tour ends

※The location is approximately a 20-minute walk from both Ueno Park and Sensoji Temple. These destinations are perfect for a tranquil morning walk before the crowds gather. (Please note: a guide will not accompany you after “Radio Taiso.”)
- There is no specific fitness level required. Anyone can participate casually and comfortably.
- It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk along public roads from the meeting point to the radio calisthenics venue.
